Republic Services - Fast Yellow Arm Heil Python on Recycle! (1527)

Taken the day after Christmas! The biggest surprise of the year for me, I so thought this truck was long retired. The reason being was when I talked to the driver who was previously assigned this truck and when he got 1701, he told me this truck got retired. I am so glad this was not the case, you can imagine my surprise when I see this truck pull out of a street and with a yellow arm attached!
Mark was using this truck as 1531 was out. When I told him I thought this truck was retired he said it needs to be retired haha. He showed me how the blade is super slow and the PTO cuts off randomly so the arm will occasionally stop mid motion. He was ready to be done with this truck haha. I do like how the arm on this one is super fast, just as fast as the original red arm on it. Due to the problems I mentioned before he was running about 40 minutes behind. He had to wait for the blade finish cycling and retracting many times that day.
Other trucks I have seen with yellow arms are 1525 and 1526, I will try to catch those again.

Definitely one of the more entertaining Pythons I’ve seen recently. Love how fast the arm is and looks pretty cool on the red body. Awesome video!

i don't know the garbage route number was is but i know 1717 takes a round and 1527 does is recycle route
