- Madami po tayong napapanuod na magagandang videos about Canada kaya naman napakaraming mga Pinoy ang na eengganyo na pumunta dito.. pero ano nga ba ang mga dahilan bakit parami ng parami ang mga Pinoy na umaalis ng Canada?
Bibigyan po namin kayo ng limang rason bakit may mga Pinoy ang umuuwi ng Pinas o bumabalik sa bansa na kanilang pinanggalingan.
Etong video na ito ay hindi para ma discourage ang ating mga kababayan papunta dito sa Canada. Ang layunin ng video na ito ay para mapaghandaan ng mga kababayan natin ang kanilang pagpunta dito.. paghandaan physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Para sa amin, maganda po ang bansang Canada lalo na sa mga Pinoy na gusto ng kalidad na buhay. Pero, para makamit po natin ang mga pangarap natin, kailangan po tayong maging handa.

Maganda ang video niyong dalawa. Nagpunta ako sa Canada noong 1975. Malaki ang tsansa mo dahil sa konti pa lang ang tao noon pero sa ibaba ka rin magsisimula. Ang pilipino ay maabilidad at matibay. Tama ang sabi mo na mataas ang expectation. Tama rin ang kasabihan natin na kung may tanim ay may aanihin. Ang iniisip naming mag asawa ay ang kinabukasan ng anak namin. Yun ang mahalaga sa buhay. Mahirap mag paaral dito pero pag nakatapos sila ay mas malamang ang tagumpay nila. Maganda dito at ligtas ang pamilya mo. Totoong may krimen din. Kahit saan naman meron. Sanayan lang ang weather dito. Masuerte ka kung may kamaganak ka na tutulong sa iyo sa umpisa. Mahirap pag ikaw ang una. Pero sa huli, mas uunlad ka dito at ang pamilya mo. Isa pa, puede kang kumuha ng short courses na bagay sa iyo at ikauunlad mo. Suerte ang makarating sa Canada kaya wag niyong sayangin. Good luck sa inyo.

Yung iba kasi gusto meron agad agad lahat pagdating dito sa Canada, tapos ang liit lang ng sweldo. So they end up working two jobs. Matagal na kami dito and we have most of our families here. I don’t think we want to live anywhere else but here in Canada. Pag masipag ka at matyaga (not necessarily have two jobs) makaka pag travel ka pa sa ibat ibang bansa.

I disagree with the suggestion that you need to start from “zero” if you have marketable skills that are in demand. It’s not about “pride”. It is about finding your niche and using the skills you have. The job market in Canada is the same as in the US. Same scenario too. Filipinos in the US believe they can only work as caregivers and are not cut out for something more. I did not work as a caregiver. Nakipagsabayan ako sa mga applicants sa law firms. I am now hired for a federal job. It is really about skills and education. It is up to you how high in the ladder of success you can reach.
We are not saying to settle for zero. Katulad po namin. We got our desired job kahit 1st job palang namin. Art was hired and now working as an Engineer kahit 1st job palang niya.
Ang sinasabi lang po namin is be prepared sa reality that you "MAY" start from zero kahit Profesional kana 😊 If that happens, and wala ka ng choice as of the moment, be ready to accept it kesa magutom ka.
Again, this is case by case scenario. If all fails, we must adapt.

Hi po. Marami po kami na friends na mga nurses from Philippines na HCA or Health Care Aid dito ang work. Kung NCLEX passer ka at Canada RN certified kana, pwede kana mag apply as nurse dito. Meron din iba na sinuswette na nakakapasok agad sa mga hospitals based on the province programs.
Alang kwenta ang weather na malamig.mas ok parin d2 sa pinas..
Iba iba ang tao.. May mga tao na gusto sa malamig. Pero siempre mas maraming pinoy hindi kaya sobrang lamig hehe

Bakit, ignorance and false info. Canadian Engineer di basta basta maging engineer sa Pilipinas without passing the Philippine board unless on contract as Pinoy engineers are in the MIddle East. Ganun din si pobreng inhenyerong Pinoy sa Canada, and true with other professions.
Yes. Kailangan din po dito sa Canada ng certification bodies na makapasa para magkaron ng engineering credentials. Some engineering works such as in quality, process, computer ay pwede makapag work sa engineering groups as long as qualified ang experience and studies abroad upon assessment. Napakaganda ito na vlog ito ang hinahanap ko yung reality talaga hindi yung tinatakpan. Totoo yan mahirap sa ibang bansa lalo na kong okay stable kana sa Pilipinas. Me experience din po ako yung mga nurses na dati Call center sa Pilipinas pag nka pwesto sa ibat ibang lugar medyo mataas ang hambog no? Di ba? Yun ang nakikita ko rin pati yung hindi nurses naging racist na rin sa kapwa Pilipino, nag groupo groupo na tapos akala mo magaling pero ang totoo kahit saan lugar meron padin backer backer sa paghahanap ng trabaho dyan.
