+Mark Kuper yes, with hue- saturation , you can change the shade to almost any color , and after that take help of some other adjustment layers to make is as accurate as possible ;)

hi just one question when I use the brush tool I have the hardness on zero and the colours on black and white but when I start using it I can still see the part faintly

It depends on which part you select

Check your opacity and fill settings (for the brush) - they are probably not on 100 %
