Hi Juan my daughter and I met you in Hobby Lobby last week. I have since subscribed to your channel and enjoy it so much. I learned to knit and crochet from my grandmother. I have her knitting needles and hooks and love using them. I mainly knit right now but I can also crochet. I also remember Woolworths. What a special memory for me too.
Hi Juan and right now I am working on my cottage core mosaic blanket and granny squares blanket and butterfly mosaic blanket and a baby blanket and I love your channel and your videos and if you keep making videos I will keep watching them and what is your favorite crochet project to work on right now and favorite types of yarn to used when crocheting and keep up the great work on your UA-cam channel and keep up the great work on your crochet projects
Hi Juan! I am a right-handed crocheter and a left-handed knitter.i have no idea why or how i taught myself to knit left-handed, but i had trouble with following knitting instructions and patterns until I realized that I was knitting opposite of what the patterns and instructions were saying. once i figured that out and know to do things in the opposite direction patterns tell me, knitting became much more enjoyable.
Loved the questions regarding content creation, for the Tuesday lives - are you planning on more advice such as you mentioned or can it be discussed in separate videos? I'm a couple weeks behind on watching those since I began a new job. I also loved being able to see the surprise expression last Sunday with Mama Wilma. Glad the two of you enjoy my creations 💜💙💜💙
Hi Juan. When I am on vacation and have a Sunday off. I will cook an English Sunday dinner. And my other tradition is that I still have my English hot tea with milk and sugar every day. Even my boys grew up, and now my Grandkids drink it. Very informative today. Love you ❤ When I was still in school, I worked in Woolworth's in the restaurant part on a Saturday.
Hi Juan Thank you for another amazing video, I loved it I learned so many things Thanks for all the things 💜💜 Take care Lots of hugs for you and mama Wilma 😍
Hi Juan. This Q&A is great! I miss Woolworth’s so much (K-mart, too). I have memories of going to Woolworth’s with my mom after nursery school. She would pick me up, then we’d take the bus to Woolworth sometimes before going home. It was so much fun! Being in K-mart with my parents is part of my memories, too. 😊 …I like your scrappy yarn cakes, Juan. The colors are so pretty! …Your AC wasn’t loud to me. Stay cool. 🫶🏻
There is a need for you and your channel , as you have learned . Your personal interactions are so different from others . Such a breath of fresh air !❤❤❤❤😂
Omg. Woolworth diner counter. Memories. Wonderful video. ❤ Currently crocheting a shawl with Stenli cotton. Had no idea it was soooo thin. Supposed to be a 2. Color me skeptical. I’ve crocheted with thread and it’s giving me 1 weight or less vibes. It’s like crocheting a humongous doily! 😵💫😵💫😵💫
This was a very refreshing new way to a Q&A video. Thank you as always to all the time and effort you put into all your videos. I enjoyed listening to the questions and your thoughtful answers. Awesome job both to you and your moderators who are always on point. 💜💜💜
I’m a lefty also and Juan, I crocheted the same way I saw sitting in front of my grandma for many ,many years. I am now reteaching myself and sometimes it’s hard. How did you NOT yarn over away from you ( like I saw and did) for 52 years !! It sure makes a lot of difference in the stitches when you “ do it right “( ?).
I find the questions about being on UA-cam very interesting. I think you, in particular, have been very professional and yet, very much yourself. I had no idea about what goes on in the background. It’s not just “making videos” and posting them. It really is a job-more than a hobby. I could and would never do this. From what I’ve learned lately, that decision is reinforced. Question: is there a difference between subscribing and being a “member”?
Totally enjoyed this podcast. It was so interesting getting to know you better and finding that we have similar thoughts on some subjects. You should do this again.🥰
Waking up with Juan. What a great way to start the day, of course I had to grab my current project to work on while I watched. I'll make breakfast later, they can wait to eat. A Juan video is more important.
Hi Juan, I loved the Q&A with the mods. I vaguely remember the yarn part of Woolworths. I'd always go see the pet section, lol. I was curious: Do the people at work know about your channel and what they think of it.

I didn't know you knitted Juan. I was wondering if you would do a few knitting patterns. I've had to switch back to knitting because of hand pain, but I love my crochet people!❤
Hi Juan. Couldn't sleep so I was glad you were on. How did you end up with such a messy yarnbarf? I thought you had caked up all those vintage variegated yarns.😅
