I don’t know what type of sorcery that guy is using but getting the connectors on the 80v is a HUGE pain! It took me 15 minutes.

Can you describe/confirm exactly how many boxes and what is in each box that one should expect for the 54inch idrive? It seems you took off about 3 boxes (for 1xcharger, 1xtools, 1xbracket/joy stick?) besides the seat in plastic and the 3xsuitecase and 4xcylinder batteries (3 in one side 1 in the other side and are in their slots but not connected? And if ordered the mulch kit 4th box? Just want to ensure quickly the skit has them all if that is what should be expected.

Nevermind just got the mower. One box for tools/joystick&boot cover/tow plate, one box with charger and separate box for mulch block with 2nd pair of blades.

The (damaged) mower that we received was shipped in the metal frame but was on top of two wooden frames. When we receive the replacement, how do we get the mower to the ground?

Mower arrived with bent frames on the pallet and the hot metal pallet frame melted the plastic fender or a squirrel went to town. All batteries showed 10%. 80v were tested at 0% and 40v batteries showed 1 light bar. This information miggt be important if it was dropped off at the front of your driveway. While backing off the pallet the tires just spun. Spun at 10psi and 19psi. Had to add leverage under the tires by standing on a piece of wood to drive the mower off. Would not recommend as the joystick is sloppy, but worked. Foot might be broken as the joystick doesn't return to neutral naturally and the mower kept moving when letting go of the stick.
