Paul was good back then but he could never did pull off those complex fills and with dynamics that Dave did. Paul can barely play nowadays. Dave still kills it. And yeah, Dette was great then and now.

@ATM Rise - Just a few years before this was Lombardo prime time. This was after he decided to sit allot higher behind his kit so he could be "seen more". Good old Rick Rubin's idea. He lost his double bass during this period and it led to him leaving/being fired for good. Anything from SOH or RB tours is so much better. He was a machine at that point.
