I feel like I always see the agitation, then it goes straight into extracting. I’m trying to clean a friends house but I want to crb it first and I don’t know if you can rent those in Michigan any direction on this would be helpful. I’d love to buy one but not yet. Here is a recommendation: Buy a acrylic vacuum chamber, Pull out 3 gallons and pull all the water out, This will show how much dirt and grime is in the carpet the visual representation will astound clients and Viewers of the video's
Courtney.. I have a question. As a renter, what would you say is the average "life" of carpet? Basically, how many years or how many tenants. You've got experience with carpets and I'd like to hear your opinion.
Do you do anything special to get musty, wet dog smell out of carpets? I've heard that a lot of cleaners make carpet smell good for a few days then the smell starts seeping back out. Also heard a variety of solutions for that problem...everything from a vinegar solution to baking soda diluted in water. Some say steam works while others say steam sets the smell in . It's all so confusing!! I wish I could hire you!!

I agree with your business,family and customer appreciation views 120% or more you are a good man with a good business skill, seeing you pronounce your rates and schedules openly tells me your taxes are in order do you do your own or an acct.? up north they charge us sales tax on billing and services,can you inform your audience about the uncle sam side of doing business and putting yourself out there on heavy marketing also opens you up to over site. It's good to be right in the books as well as on the job your input would be greatly appreciated.
Did you finish the job and go straight outside and dump your collection tank on site? I was fully impressed with your video until disgusted by the sight of the tacky action. Must be job assurance they will walk across and track that stuff right back in. If im wrong sorry thats just what i think i seen.
Stop letting Ethan push the crb he don’t know the technique to give that oh so satisfying feeling or teach him how clean like you and don’t give him the wand either let him pre vacuum that’s it

I find the CRB machine just as satisfying as watching the steaming process.

Does the agitator machine also suck up any dirt? I hate carpets, don’t have carpets but love your videos!

The 15in crb is the sweet spot. Green brushes are good for tile and grout and heavily soiled carpets the brushes are More stiff than the blue brushes.
