puff pastry: 700 g (25 oz)
eggs: 2 pc
sugar: 60 g (2.1 oz)
starch: 25 g (0.9 oz)
whipping cream: 250 ml (8.5 fl oz)
milk: 250 ml (8.5 fl oz)
Nutella: 50 g (1.8 oz)
powdered sugar: 50 g (1.8 oz)

This recipe would yield more filled pastries if they were cut closer together optimizing the unused dough around the edges and in between. Why waste the dough by baking and sprinkling only confectioners sugar on it? Using it solely for presentation of the filled pastries isn’t worth the wasted dough and, if they taste as delicious as they look, yielding more pastries would be the better use of the dough.

I agree . I would make napoleon style with the extra peices. And cut closer. Picture a slightly overweight 58 eight years old standing over the kitchen sink dipping the leftovers in the cream and going to town USA style. Tea would be nice too.

Beautiful but too slow when you show every second of the same procedure till you move to the next procedure. Gets boring when there is so much else more entertaining things to watch. Don’t stretch boring procedures just to make a quick buck. People will stop watching & you won’t be earning the millions you thought you would.

Looks so good! I never made the pancakes like this I always make them in the frying pan, thin and then spread jam over the top and rolled up. Left overs are rolled up and chilled overnight. Sliced in thin rolls put in a bowl with beef or vegetable broth and a little parsley or chives!
No finger pointing when using a chef knife. Hold knife with thumb and forefinger on either side of blade.

Столько теста осталось без крема, не разумно. Лучше бы на квадратики нарезали и каждый наполнили бы кремом. Отходов бы совсем не было.

Huge waste of pastry. Could have at least another 2 rows of product. Unless you're selling it as is when comes out of the oven and as presented, it's extremely costly thus wasteful to produce.
Plus you should not use a metal whisk on a metal pan - you will be putting metal oxides in the food . Basic school stuff

ANOTHER 2 minute video turned into a painful 8 minutes. Nice recipe, relatively easy but also a HUGE waste of puff pastry. I would highly suggest making them a little closer together to get more product. 5 star recipe - 3 star video bcuz of how long it took. 2 minutes = 2 million views / 8 minutes = 2.000 views
