Hey Paul! I just played at my local solo and ensemble competition and I played pied piper since I’m a beginner! Well the reason I posted this comment it to let you know that I got a superior (the highest and best possible score) , and a lot of the things that helped me (breath control etc) where from your videos! Thanks for making these tutorials and keep up the great work:)
I highly recommend Sound Corset. It is an extremely versatile app that has a tuner feature that gives a plethora of options, a metronome section as well that is unbelievable in the subdivisions, sounds, (You can make each beat a different sound that you can choose) as well as utilizing a flashing screen as a visual aspect to keeping tempo. Also it lets you see your sound as a wave length, volume in decibels I believe. And you can record yourself with it. I am probably forgetting some of the things this app allows you to do as it has sooooo much to it. A must have for any musician if you ask me.
So true recording. I dnt mainly because I hear everything I play n I know if something is not played correct n sounds bad so straight away I work on it , I practise my weaknesses, soon as I put the horn to chops I know what needs work n I get on it , consistency is paramount
Hey Paul! You should check out TonalEnergy tuner. It costs a little bit of money, but it’s the most accurate tuner on the App Store. It also has a great metronome with a lot of functions, and it even has a recording part in it. So basically in the one app, you have your first three apps. You should give it a shot!
It's not an app but if you enjoy arranging, composing, or just want to write out some sheet music you got to hear it, then check out Noteflight. It's a free, onine, music notation software, and you can even make your scores publicly visible or check out the awesome scores that other users have created. The free version has some limitations but gives you all the basic features and instruments to be able to write music decently
I don't really like some of your videos. They felt a little pushy for me, but this one is pretty nice and very useful I really appreciate it and I will definitely use these apps you showed

Don't most tuner apps tune the instruments flat though because they're designed to be used with an aux cord and guitar?
Helpful as always!!!
I’m going too try all of these
Thank you as always!!
