If you are a platinum card member then u will given even better hotels than Resort Hotel. 😂. U will be entitled for Crockfords Hotel, Grand Genting or Highland Hotel. RH rooms are mainly reserved for Gold card members and during the non peak season they sometimes offer it to Silver card members too.
@@lolololollololol1686 before I upgrade to silver card, as I request they upgrade my free room to Resort Hotel , total 4 free room has been upgraded this month to me. But I don’t know what benefits gold member have , anytime arrive Genting sure got free room ?
Genting Grand a 4 Star hotel??? U must be joking 😂. I had stayed there before. U should try and stay there before making tis comment 😂. FYI, I had stayed in all the hotels in Genting over the years including the Awana Genting. Resort Hotel used to be a 3 Star Hotel back in the 80's and 90's until the management had decided to upgrade it into a 4 Star by doing renovation by stages. The rooms are basically bigger in sizes simply because it was an old Hotel even before First World Hotel was constructed. Same goes to the Skyworld Hotel ( previously known as Theme Park Hotel) their rooms are much bigger compared to the FWH 😂. The only room at FWH that can match their room sizes is the World Club Room at FWH. However, it is mainly reserved for VIP customers/ card members .

Resort Hotel是我父母最喜欢的房间，因为空间够大，房间明亮通风，虽然有时可以拿到Highland 但是我们觉得HL房间的窗户无法打开，空气不够流通。我也觉得Resort Hotel的洗发水应该upgrade到和Highland Hotel的一样。

@teeterence670 一开始我是使用自助机器办理入住，系统显示无剩余房间，所以只能到前台办理。主要是因为刚好他们部分楼层在装修和更换地毯所以没有开放。自费，我没有要求房间要几楼或面对什么方向哦，这应该是随机的吧，我的楼层也不算太高：）您可以试试要求全山景的房，我觉得应该会很漂亮。
@@iumachi 我住过的都是free room, 明天我会再去第二次住RH, 希望手机App 里面如别人说的中午可以先用App拿房间延后才去check in RH. 希望有山景房吧，他们好几次free room 都是给我二楼
