Thank you Selena for the shout out!!😃😃😃💜💜💜 You made my whole week soooo much better. I love your videos and I won't ever forget it girl. If you ever make it to Winston Salem NC hit me up so I can show you my 330ci.. Lots of love Ken
It is an awesome project selena! you're so lucky with the space you've got to do some work. I hope everythings runs smooth when its finished that would be sick. Im doing my 330 coupe with turbo build
You can ceramic coat your headers yourself and its easy and cheap . You will have to be able to start engine and let run for 10 then 20 then 30 mins . I hope this helps and u can find out how on youtube of course
Hey Selena I also wanted to ask when are you going to have your own shirts made? Or decals? I definitely would put it on BMW 330CI. A Shop life decal too. One on each side of my quarter glass. Thanks and as always watching your videos. Ken
i think you would be way better off going with a solid rear end type like out of an S10 very strong and easy to set up unless you just want independednt type
I have an 320i e36 i am building it up so some little tuning with oem bmw parts :s is it possible to mount the m3 e36 differential with the normal gearbox? Or do i need 6 speed gearbox from the m3 (european version) and if i mount the 6 speed manual gearbox do I loose topspeed or something else?
you saw how I took off the ebrake lines it really was not that hard just two nuts inside the car. It was not time consuming it probably took him longer to cut the cables. I understand cutting hoses that probably would need to be replaced anyways but if you know how to take it apart, you would do it properly, it has nothing with money or time instead it is about your work ethic.
Hello, how's everything Selena? Where did you get your experience in fixing cars if you mind me asking? Very impressive to see a young beautiful woman motivated working on cars.
when you guys got your wagon I was curious why you guys wanted the prefacelift vs the facelift, is it just preference? or something is different mechanically? currently in the market for one so sorry for the question
Dumb question but if your putting all this extra time and effort into modifying, reinforcing, and changing everything else, is it really all that much more to try and fit the Camaro differential? Yeah it might save some time by not using it but it could also cost more time down the road.
the question is not dumb. I am not putting "extra time" into modifying and reinforcing it is things that I HAVE to do in order to make this swap happen. Everyone else that has done this swap uses the m3 diff because it is a lot of work to get the camaro one to fit. I would need to find a shop that could make a custom subframe carrier and axles without touching the differential.
great video wanted to get your opinion on whether or not I should sell my 2005 M3 Competition package or not... it has 119k miles and the catalytic converter just went. Not sure if the car is worth the fix or should i just part my ways and sell it? your thoughts?
TheNastyboypro The M3 differential will last , I really don't understand why she's thinking about using the GM differential if you know know BMW M = the best parts!
We work on these cars every day. Have worked on many m3s and can definitely tell you that many have issues with output shaft movement and many start grinding even with the proper FM. And all of this on stock power with a few track days.
Love your videos! Im going full M3 rear end as well! thinking of going full M3 front brake setup as well on my 330 coupe. with the entire knuckles/spindles, etc. I also in the process of fully building a 2jz swap for my e46. One of these days i would love to come check out the shop! My instagram is @coilborn. Hope to make it to a shout out!

I'm very surprised to hear that. My friend has a 1000hp race car and the diff has held strong for well over a year now. The diff was rebuilt to stock specs so maybe thats the difference? Thanks for the reply and keep up the great work :)

first time seeing this video.good job cutie.
Love you vids put weight difference in trunk our e46 are close 50/50 balance so that will fine tune weight distribution

My notification was 2hrs late but here lol
UA-cam has been acting weird lately, it sucks! Glad you are here though! :D
Could you just have welded the diff ( building mine for drift autocross)
aupa selena
wow well done young lady superb
still think ls3 diff is way to go
I cut the cables/hoses/lines if I'm in a rush, sometimes it isn't worth the work for 10-20$ more you'll get when dismantling.

Ya I hear you. I've dismantled people movers for the last 7 years for a living, I was speaking what works for me, keep up the videos, cheers.
She knows how to handle a tool
What was wrong with the 335 in the video?

It is preference. The e46 m3s are all prefacelift
You're awesome, and beautiful.
So I guess not too many burnouts, and keep a spare rear end in Stock.
Put in work sister
Hay hermosa yo que cada ves desarmas mas se bm y lo que quiero ver como le vas a ser para armarlo :)
Why don't you install the m3 rear end and slowly prepare the camaro diff?
good idea!

Not sure what do u think would be a fair asking price its the competition package.
Sell a car because the cat went lmao hollow it out and put a pipe threw it
All that work makes my head hurt
Selena, how long do you think the M3 rear end will last connected to the LS3 engine? Do you plan on holding on to the Camaro rear end?

Hey are you looking to sell the right rear trailing arm for the bmw
And a left rear axle
message me on instagram
BMWselena I did already
The m3 diff can handle 1000hp so don't worry about breaking it.
