Artemia eggs sellers recommend 30g salt/ 1 litter water , if you add to that 1g of baking soda , to increase the pH if your tap water is too soft it will be great

It dependa with the brand that you bought boss,,, someof them have low chance of hatching or it might be a decap or dried brine shrimp ready to feed😇
