Avacado oil is a healthy option as well. It has a much higher smoke point then olive oil. It is a little on the expensive side. Its worth the try if you can get it

It’s much better than regular veggie oil. Looking for more healthy oil to use is better. Lord knows I need as much healthy as I can get lol
