What is the difference between record collection variable vs record single variable. The name suggests that one is for single and one for multiple records. However, I am confused as to why a flow would work for one particular record. It would be a waste! to invest that much time on a flow for one record

So the AccountID text variable holds the 15 digit ID number of the record to reference?! I always wondered why a text variable was holding a record but wasn't a record variable. In 90 seconds you explained something that a paid class failed to explain. THANK YOU!

Is there a way to do a screen flow for users to search records, display fields from the records, and have them updated in the flow?

Do have a sample flow that when object 1 has a new record created it will be copied on object2 as a new record?

Thank you so much for the detailed explanation on this. I've watched many videos where the instructor glosses over the details of creating record variables so it's been difficult for me to connect the dots on my own. Your video helped me solve a major issue I had with governor limits so YAY!
