Whipped Chocolate Mousse

The cool perfect summer dessert for a chocolate lover. This recipe is very simple and only requires 5 ingredients. Although I use machinery in the video, all the steps can be done by hand but would require a little more effort.
Metric ingredient amounts:
300 g heavy cream
190 g milk
20 g honey
235 g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
pinch of sea salt (this is optional but does add an extra note of flavor)
