    Sadashivpet and sangareddy are going to become twin city's in future....soo people grab the opportunity and invest here. Once RRR and Nimz get started it is impossible to buy and invest here.after two to three years you will see the mericle in this two places....#west is the 👌

    Firstly thank you for your valuable and informative video.
    I am literally confused with one of the investment opportunity I got, which is at Veltur Sadasivpet where I am getting a land to invest at ~7K but the problem is it is surrounded with all the farm lands but has around 250 to 300 or more houses/Family with a muddy road short way to Nandikandi and by pass to sangareddy. Should I invest or not?
    And it is gram panchayat road second bid

      Nagireddy Pally it park,airport city development,srishailam road,Pharma city...it's good hub ,ORR and Banglore Highway.

    I went to Subhagruha project in sadashivpet. They are selling plots from 22k to 24k/sqyd. I was not sure if I shud buy or not and parked my decision. Today, I have seen a video that is 1 yrs old and the price they were quoting at that time was 25k/sqyd. that tells us the amount of appreciation that happened one year. There is actually depreciation. With 111Go lands gettting available, I am sure you will get land for half the price... May be around 10k with no buyers around even for that rate.

      My doubt about alekhya and silpa is RRR interchange is very near from this venture and land acquisition is not done yet. As per current plan RRR comes between Girmapur and peddapur and there is a big lake called pedda cheruvu back of alekhya. If RRR changes plan to safeguard pedda cheruvu these ventures might be at risk. When ORR constructed also many ventures lost. It's just my opinion. Saurabh garu what's your thoughts on this..

    There is no point in investing more than 15k per sqyd in and around sadashivpet...else it would be in vain for very sure...

    Hello, in my exploration to buy a plot, I have found that there are few layouts such that phase 1 is hmda and phase 2 is dtcp approved. And the price Of dtcp layout just beside a hmda layout is lesser.
    Why is dtcp Layout plot cheaper in price?
    Which one should I prefer to buy, hmda plot or dtcp plot?
    (Because both the approval bodies are proper town planning departments of the government)

      Hmda is good one sir if there is a chance of rapid growth at that place or if there is in surrounding happening city but the price for hmda is slightly higher
      Or else you can even prefer to dtcp if there is a chance for double the investment or if there is a scope for development and while investing in dtcp you can purchase the land at low prices and expect a more returns
