Hello from USA Connecticut 👋🏼 Yes Felicia!!!! Please do another retreat I would love to go. In the meantime is nice to see you back. I love watching your podcasts they are so inspiring. Thank you so much for all you do. I look forward to the next Retreat so I can meet you in person. ❤️
Would love to do it but requires long time for me to plan due to distance away...Would be great if someplace for family members to go and do things. I rarely do more than one class a day as I like to practice any skills learned so that they seal in my memory better. Love show and tells. Your sweater looks incredible on you! Thanks for showing what happened . Would guess the demand for this will at least triple!
You know the stepping outside yourself and do something you have always wanted? On November 23 2019 I am going to the Alberta university of the arts for a school tour. Not for someone else, though someone is coming with me, but, Me. Back at the turn of the century I was on the waiting list to go to Emily Carr School of art and design, but then life got in the way.
Ideal: instructional with built-in down / studio time to keep working on your own if you want, go do something else if you want. Could be ha to have instructors there to answer questions as you explore on your own outside class time, but let it be personal time. I'd love to attend some day. Thanks for the recap.
“All of our stories are really powerful.” Wow, that really resonates and is so true. I had the great good fortune of attending the retreat and really enjoyed it. I was able to reconnect with friends I hadn’t seen in a while and make new friends. And it was such a pleasure meeting you and your team, all of who are amazing. I enjoyed the open session format and learned from each of them. Looking forward and thinking about what I’d also enjoy from a retreat I would have to say an opportunity to really dive into one subject. Say for example a full day or more on dyeing; or on a specific aspect of knitting - like sweater construction or pattern designing or learning about yarns and how they are made. And if it’s in the same location maybe a field trip into Whistler 😊 And totally off the subject of retreats, I love your vlog. It’s just the right length of time and so well done. Sending a virtual hug. 🤗
It sounds like the retreat was amazing! I would love to attend your next one. Creating a balance between workshops and downtime to relax and create/connect with other makers -that’s perfect!
The Sweet Georgia retreat sounds great and would love to attend the next time it happens. Ideal retreats to me are a few classes, down time, and events that highlight sharing and enjoying each other’s company.
SweetGeorgia is the best! My sister and I missed the photoshoot, and SweetGeorgia photoshopped us in! Thank you to Felicia and all others at SweetGeorgia for a wonderful weekend!

I would love a beginners-only retreat where we could immerse ourselves in just learning from scratch. This looked so beautiful!
So happy it all went so well! Would love to come next year. Thank you for sharing with all of us.

I’d love an in-person conference. I like a combination of structured and open studio time.

I love the yarn you are using for your jumper. That colourway really suits you. It will look amazing when its finished. So glad the retreat went well.
My daughter attended this retreat and I got to see lots of her photos which she had on social media! She had a blast and so enjoyed being there!
