      I disagree, the algorithm is showing me right now dozens of videos about Persian grammar, vocabulary... What is hard is to build a coherent Persian course out of those materials, made by each teacher in isolation. You then can/should resort to the real world. In Spanish for instance we have a reliable, well written, up-to-date, +500 pages grammar of Persina (Gramática general del persa moderno, by Joaquin Rodriguez Vargas) which works wonderfully. English has a bigger market and the situation is even better. Persian is far from being the most studied language but we have indeed very good learning materials to study it.

    I have difficulty using the را naturally while speaking. This video has been very helpful. That sentences using verbs related to the senses are more likely to have the object marker is something I never thought of! خیلی ممنون خانم.

    Wow I just discovered this channel. People just give you phrases but no one actually explains it and makes you understand the way you do. Thanks so much !!!
    Can you help me understand the word دیگه . Why is this word added to sentences somewhat randomly when I hear my friends speak?
    What do نه دیگه، برو دیگه mean?

      Lovely! Welcome! Haha, دیگه is a good one. I need to do a video on it, but in the meantime, I've written about it before. Perhaps this will help a bit:

    Thank you for your video! Could you do an additional video of "Persian rA" but when rA is" or when it is used in a short phrase with no verb in the sentence. example
    هَر طیری را نَظَر بَر آشیان است
    و هَر بُلبُلی را مقصودْ جمالِ گُل. مَگَر طُیورِ أفئدهِ عباد که بِترابِ فانی قانع شده از آشیانِ باقی دور مانده اند و بِگِلهایِ بُعد تَوَجُّه نموده از گُلهایِ قُربْ مَحروم گشته اند. . .
    in the first two lines translated
    "As to birds, (their) view is on the nest. As to nightingales, (they) desire the beauty of the rose". In each sentence the rA doesn't really mark the direct object. I feel this is like a weird use or rare use of rA but I have been studying Persian for a long time and I have always had this question about the Persian rA.

    What happens to the Persian equivalents for the words "Who(m)", "someone/somebody", "no one/nobody", "anyone/anybody"? Do they receive this accusative case marking when they are direct objects even though they are indefinite pronouns?

    • @mypersiancorner
      @mypersiancorner  10 місяців тому +1

      Yes, it's still possible as in کی را دعوت کردی؟ / ki ro davat kardi?/ Who did you invite?
      or یک کسی را میشناسم / ye kesi ro mishnâsam / I know someone.
