I think the Officer handles this well, smiles, nods, then walks off, no rise, no histrionics, just polite and clear message that the guy who is filming and talking is simply talking utter crap.
@MATTNATTMATT Particularly since it's not a bullet proof vest, it's an anti-stab vest. It might absorb some of the kinetic energy of a small calibre bullet, I suppose, but that's not what it's for.
An extremely pleasant police officer being very polite to a FOTL out to try and bamboozle people with their own version of the law, which they arrogantly expect all to know and accept.
She seems fairly cool for a toy copper. Still, she should be able to answer the questions, even out of simple courtesy, though she does get all cute when she goes all shy, aww...
All Police should be required to know the ins & outs of all the laws that they're expected to know; they should be made to sit exams & be regularly tested a number of times a year so that what they've learned becomes embedded. If you want to become a recognised electrician you have to take exams, if you want to become a recognised plumber you need to take exams, if you want to be a recognised doctor you need to take exams. They should be required to be qualified to do their job too..
Statute law refers to the laws that have been passed by the legislature and have been written down and 'codified' for use. Common law refers to the laws that are more or less "that's the way it has always been done." Common law relies upon the body of history and prior cases to establish what the rules are, one of the reasons lawyers study past cases so much. Some states have not codified murder, as the common law definition is more than adequate.
I've seen some of your videos and it's jokes man! It makes me feel sad inside when I realise that these people trying to uphold "Laws" don't actually understand what they are. They don't know the difference between acts and laws and what they can and can't do. The world a joke. They like to think their making a difference but really their just making problems, and most people don't have the balls to stand up for their rights. Sheep. Top vids man XD
@strangefacekid I myself am a so called public servant, I would happily answer this mans questions. She took the moral high ground (a more intellectual place to be) and he now has the entire UA-cam community hating him. Well done Louise.
Sexy girl. Too bad she's battin' for the wrong team. Trust me, they are way more scared of us than we are of them. Look at the body armor. Who's really living in fear?
@Lollertron no he's got a fair point it is actually against the law for a police officer or anyone employed by the police to not know the difference between a law and a statute
@starbuck441 would you like me to list the reasons why polotics is a 1 horse race, or historical examples of how protest does not bring about reform because governments ALWAYS ignore protests if they have the strength to maintain the status quo(civil disobidience however is a different thing, as is rebellion )
Poor girl. I actually feel sorry for her. That said, I also feel sorry for us that they have let such a softy into the police force. Isn't there supposed to be some sort of vetting going on? Guess what, kids, cops aren't supposed to run away.
@DontGetVaginal sorry ammend "establishment of lay authority." I was wrong the Lay Authority has been established many centuries before this. This is when Lay Authority became the prominent system of law in the UK
What a complete nob. Hasn't he got anything better to do than harass a cop who is trying to do her job. Obviously he hasn't and is probably sponging of the state. TOSSER !!!!
Another thing, basically there is only one reason why ANYONE, including police and community support officers would choose to not answer questions on camera, because they fear for their jobs for not knowing their actual roles properly. If you worked as a health and safety officer and you couldn't answer questions on health and safety, then why should you be employed for that job?
@starbuck441 No consent of the governed is not a default. You provide consent through your actions when dealing with the police. And the queens oath they take is to uphold the common law(basically dont hurt anyone or steal), not statutary law. Statute is parlimentary law. Which is commercial law, requiring a contract between the parties involved. So if you do not contract to the statue then you are not subject to the statute.
(This is Nottingham Market Square). I'm not a huge fan of the police (as a sweeping generalization), but this is needless and pointless public harassment of a very pleasant and polite CPO. This guy was clearly trying to provoke her into reacting and she wisely wasn't taking the bait.
What is the continuous mention of her being a corporate puppet about? The Police force is not a corporation, it is paid for by the government to uphold the law, not to make money.
Wow! Within the span of only a few comments I found several people who seem as fond of using the word 'cunt' as I am. Cool! It's my 'go-to' swear word, but usually when I'm alone or in understanding company. ; ]
@CORPORATIONMARK1 just to point out you consent to be governed by simply living in this country. When MP's are elected they are elected representatives of the people of England and Wales. The acts are passed through correctly by consent of the the people but through their elected representatives. !!! get your facts right !
@CORPORATIONMARK1 Regardless of if you are part of the electoral register you are a citizen of England and the UK. Therefore just by being a citizen you consent to whatever act has been passed and given the Queen's Approval - after all no act of law can be passed without this. Simple answer if you do not consent - LEAVE !
@starbuck441 the queen gives it clearence in the final stage of passing a bill. BUT that does not make it the law of the realm. It remains a statutary law. How many times have you had an individual maintain that they will not surrender to your juristiction for a statutary violation btw?
@DrChalkwithering I know, i was going to say, but couldn't be bothered to type it. I think some officers have plated vests, but i doubt a pcso would to be honest.
If an officer or pcso tries to abuse there powers then fare enough feel free to point out the different issues that you are making, but to harass, intimidate and generally waste this helpful pcso's time is doing your cause no good at all. Just know your rights and educate others, so as when you need it you are fully aware of them.
@mmtot And what was the PCSO making him do? Nothing. He was just harassing her. Cause he was too scared to do it to a real police officer, because he's have been arrested.
@starbuck441 no not religious law, the cannon law was replaced by the common law when henry the 8th wanted his 1st divorce. This law is where the don't kill or steal laws existed. Noone could read (generally) so it was the law of the lay folk, passed on by word of mouth and common sense.

The awkward moment when the officer actually seems fine in every way possible.
Wow she had the grace and patience of a saint to put up with that.
that copper didn't deserve that and she was very professional. it was intimidating. we need more cops like her.
I think the Officer handles this well, smiles, nods, then walks off, no rise, no histrionics, just polite and clear message that the guy who is filming and talking is simply talking utter crap.
CPO stands for "Cute Protection Officer"
Very cute and lovely. Too cute for that job and that questioning,
I reckon the police officer did well to maintain her calm in the face of such obvious stupidity.
She's a human too, the way I see it is that he is harassing her. She has the right to not answer questions.
@MATTNATTMATT Particularly since it's not a bullet proof vest, it's an anti-stab vest. It might absorb some of the kinetic energy of a small calibre bullet, I suppose, but that's not what it's for.
I've met some bad pcso's before, but this bird's just tryna get through her day.. not being a menace.. lol you scared her off
dude you asked her every question apart from what her phone number is, she is cuuuuute
If I over heard this conversation I would have found it very difficult to control my fisted left hand...
An extremely pleasant police officer being very polite to a FOTL out to try and bamboozle people with their own version of the law, which they arrogantly expect all to know and accept.
"Just seen a Pretty police officer and just wanted a chat?" you need to go to school again and find out what a police officer is
She seems fairly cool for a toy copper.
Still, she should be able to answer the questions, even out of simple courtesy, though she does get all cute when she goes all shy, aww...
great work mark im learning alot from u if u can give me any more info on the law,or where i can up my knowledge please repley and let me no thank u
well done Louise. don't rise to this guy

OMG now wayyyy... she's wayyyyy to beautiful and quiet to carry than on
Ur a legend mate !!!!!
I dont understand why people think that when they're bored they have the right to go and waste peoples time when there working.
I would have told her i committed a crime so she would stop and search me.

She's lovely...!!
Powers :DDD omg.... SHE HAS POWERS, maybe to bend a spoon with her sight :D
I liked the bit where the video is so muffled that we can barely hear what's being said.
Louise seems okay to me, and she's quite cute!
@DrChalkwithering Good point. theres even a company making stab proof school uniform
She is cute and polite.
Powers :DDD omg.... SHE HAS POWERS, maybe to bend a spoon with hes sight :D
@bourbonking hahahaha I couldn't have put it better myself sir, I applaud your fair and precise command of the English language.
@blinkumissit1 what book do people intend to throw when they say that?
I think she's very attractive, I think I'd be asking out rather than bothering her haha.
@strangefacekid I myself am a so called public servant, I would happily answer this mans questions. She took the moral high ground (a more intellectual place to be) and he now has the entire UA-cam community hating him. Well done Louise.
yeh bruv. innit bruv. naaa 'a meen bruv. cos i'm a lawyer innit.
Sexy girl. Too bad she's battin' for the wrong team. Trust me, they are way more scared of us than we are of them. Look at the body armor. Who's really living in fear?
I'm in love.
she seems like a nice person why not leave her alone. must admit suits the uniform
Boom, back of the net
If he is, his 'style' as graceless as it gets. His kind are the reason date-rape drugs exist.
You want to know what your rights are? Sir, you have the right to remain silent... preferably forever...
@starbuck441 how is there a law called contempt of statute? Is that not just breaking a statutary law?
Why isnt she at home looking after the kid, and cooking the old mans tea ?
Louise can take my down my particulars any time!!!
Ahh, bless him...
C.P.O (Cute Protection Officer)
That's not a cop. It's a civilian acting as a corporate enforcement officer.
I'd arrest him for being a mental patient and possibly a danger to himself and other people.
Dude she's mad cut. I would say fuck this freedom shit for a second and asked her for her number. I mean shit, you already had her smiling.
@Lollertron no he's got a fair point it is actually against the law for a police officer or anyone employed by the police to not know the difference between a law and a statute

@starbuck441 sorry that time I reference Thoimas Hobbes it should read John Locke.
He wasn't cool but what has his employment status got to do with it?
@starbuck441 No consent of the governed is not a default. You provide consent through your actions when dealing with the police. nawwwwwwww i just wana give her snuggles HAHA
If they dressed up as clowns would people believe what they say.

@gpid6969 which law states this? and is it a law or a statute?
Lol... "she can have him arrested " than she is worthless.... in the us we call these people security guards. No more power than anyother citizen
Yeah, she'd get it
What is the continuous mention of her being a corporate puppet about? The Police force is not a corporation, it is paid for by the government to uphold the law, not to make money.
I think you're doing a great job Louise. What's this bloke doing for society...? Not much really...!!
she is smiling and being polite. She is a good cop.. shut up dude
Has this man nothing better to do? No, don't answer that question -- I think I know the answer.
I want to met Louise....
the acceptable (pretty) face of a corrupt organisation
she's a bit of alright
Her power lies in bed lol
@bourbonking i concur, this guy is directing his empty-headed questions at the wrong people.
now try this with old met copper
WHY HAVE I NEVER SEEN THIS CPO IN TOWN?? Sooo hot >
This isnt how you chat up girls I'm afraid.
Wow! Within the span of only a few comments I found several people who seem as fond of using the word 'cunt' as I am. Cool! It's my 'go-to' swear word, but usually when I'm alone or in understanding company. ; ]

I think they cost 25 grand a year!!
I want my money back!

Thats a nice policewoman
she is FITTT
nEXt tiMEe fiLM heR buTT
@DrChalkwithering I know, i was going to say, but couldn't be bothered to type it. I think some officers have plated vests, but i doubt a pcso would to be honest.
This is one of those good reasons for abortion...
@TheBoHoBoy this officer is a CPO and is paid around 17k a year. Would you do a law degree for that money? I wouldn't!
Ya just fancy her Mo, but you could've been more subtle and got a date.
Her pony tail is quite grabbable...from behind
Aww she's cute , Name ?
Is that a Masonic checkerboard on her hat?
I miss Nottingham!!!
