Or these prima Donnas can grow up and quit whining over a few meters😂 like vini and his team embarrassed Ronaldinho so much he said he was done watching them. You're not that bad bc of a smaller pitch.
Not true. Less space means a highly technical player has less space to find a through ball, a highly technical player has less space to drible, a highly technical team has less space to move around and defeat the opposition defense. A smaller pitch makes it easier for less technical players to defend. The game relies more on strength and physicality other than technique and creativity.
@@OPBarros91 More space = the faster you are, the more you can use it. If you're technically less skilled, in a larger pitch, you have more chances to stay in control of the ball. While in a smaller pitch, the opponent is more likely to be next to you, thus you're more likely to use the ball.

Less space means more technique and skill being used, rather than physique. See indoor/futsal being played.
the size still at the minimum legal/standarized by FIFA
in other side, the quality of the grass pitch was awfull
2nd division clubs in southamerica have better grass quality lmao
They are within the minimum size for senior problem...its not a problem..that's just 2 meters narrower....that's nothing...wi gers do have slight advantage when pitches are smaller
Worldcup 2026 seems a bad idea.
The US is not a football nation, and their grounds are shite
At least they weren't built by slave labor with multiple deaths like Qatar😂 seriously though, you have 0 idea about these stadiums, you're just hating bc you're emotional about the US for some reason.
It is a valid pitch size according to the rules. People are just mad because it isn’t what they are used to and they lost because they played teams that were more physical
No, for international championships, the size must be precise. There are any tolerance. But they complain for the hideous state of the pitch, not for the size.
Because Americans want to more than 1 goal in 90 minutes.
Thank you for speaking proper English with regards to “effect” and “affect”
Kenya will win the world cup because of this
Cause Americans cannot run for long time
The American team weak as hell
This has been the worst Copa America ever
Plz Hold Such prestigious tournaments in professional Stadiums
Would love to see how much you can run. I’m sure it’s “long time” It’s probably the “worst Copa” to you because your team lost
to make it fair? 😂😂😂
sounds like a lie to me. both teams are playing in the exact same pitch whether large or small. so no need to standardise it across matches.
You are wrong and its hilarious that you think you’re right
@@n0body550 how ironic you're saying that when you are the one so wrong and think you're right. but that's standard for stupid ppl to project their behaviour.
@@zenastronomy All i said is we use both measurements which we do, so fuck off with your high and mighty shit

FIFA should change the football pitch size to match the America size
Should have 10 players on each team to allow extra space
Wow, this video gives perspective of how much smaller they are.
are they smaller than football pitches in Trinidad 😂
Ok but how many full size ones do we really have? Not the bush clearing where we does sweat. Real football grounds.
They have said all stadiums will be up to standard In Time of the World Cup.
"Dis-as-star!!" I blame the schools!
I had the privilege of being a ball boy at 2 of the games held at Levi stadium and I was telling my friends how the fields with play on felt bigger than that one 😂
AMERICA 😳🤔 ENOUGH SAID 🆘🇺🇸
Are they going to do the same at the World Cup in two years?
No, they will alter the Stadiums to comply with FIFA.
And they are going to host the world cup
Challax with the size. But quality of the pitch matters for sure.
This explains why there have been so many bad scrappy games where teans were barely able to pt 5 passes together. Better fix it for the world cup
The irony, we need more space n time to look good.
We'll still be talking about this in 2 years
Imagine a scenario where Messi is not complaining
So Messi doesn't struggle to run around.
When the NFL comes to England lets make the length 90 yard from endzone to end zone n let pull in the width by 5 yards as well ......... That won't have any impact on an NFL game
Smaller area = MORE TECHNICAL like hello???? Is anyone there????? Vini is supposed to be this Technical GOAT, but hes complaining about less space.... so is he just a wing burner who only has speed??
I hope they fix this before the world cup
Welcome to USA
The reffing also didn't help. Half the games looked like straight up brawls compared to the Euros.

*_I do agree the games played in Copa America r too physical than any other European games._*

Good player can play on any pitch
Good isn't a single thing numptey, it's different types of players, some like tight spaces, others like to run at full speed, both can be good, but completely different, because I'd style
Yes but it makes the games tighter and scrappier and less entertaining which they have been this year. I was wondering why and now I know
@@kurtsudheim825 ok numptey!!
Bad pitches increase rate of injuries and hinder play. Get nice playing surfaces and you make all the players happy, no one wants to play high level competition on sub-standard pitches... Why have bad pitches when you can have good pitches?
This is all you need to know about competition level and professionalism in Copa😂😂😂😂
Smaller pitches take more skill, champions and premier league games are boring. North and south American football is the future
@@TheTwilight1924 Epl and Ucl might be boring but they are the highest class
Copah Americah
American Football fields are 109.7 meters in length. The size of the stadiums does not factor into the decision to make the field smaller. Do the math.
And 47 meters wide, when real football pitches are 68 meters wide… do the math.
@@Martincaezza And if you ever watch a NFL game you'll notice a fuck ton of space on the sidelines leading all the way to the stands. Hurr durr
No problem here.
Let’s have a World Cup there
I mean, doesnt the video also say that this is the same size pitch used by club teams? The teams professionals play for 9 months out of the year lol
Something similar happened in baseball. I think they are trying to make mediocre sports look better than it really is.
USSF don’t care how terrible the pitches were.
Guessthis makes argentina the most adaptive team too
Nah selling football to americans may even be worse than selling it to the saudis
should have been hosted in South America or Mexico. Somewhere else that actually cares about the sport.
We’re fumbling so hard can we pls be decent hosts for the wc at leas
Or these prima Donnas can grow up and quit whining over a few meters😂 like vini and his team embarrassed Ronaldinho so much he said he was done watching them. You're not that bad bc of a smaller pitch.
I'd rather say the smaller pitch makes the game more technical and less athletic.
@@md-io4tb bro if you have less space and the defender is closer to you it’s more difficult for skilled players to use their skills. That’s just how the dynamic of the game is. Less space means physicality will matter more than skill because there’s less space to pass, drible, move…
There’s a reason why defense always try to keep the defenders line and the midfielders line closer, so the opponent has less space to work with, thus making it “easier” to defend the ball
@@md-io4tb smaller pitch means the defense has less space to cover, player will be closer to one another, both defense and offense, less space for creativity
I heard it’s actually pretty big😢😢
In u13 we used half pitches what ?
Poor football players we should crowdfund them some bigger fields
The worst tournament ever hosted.
They should make them even smaller.

NFL stadiums should not be used to host the Copa America because of the incompatibility.
Using handegg stadium for football tournament sure requires some compromise
And the World Cup is there in a couple of years 👻
Ich im ersten Drittel des Videos die ganze Zeit: Wart ab Kyzer, das wird noch richtig heftig.
American quality 😂😂😂
