저두 다육이 succulent 를 오더 했는데 음식으로 분류하여 미국으로 shipping이 안된다고 하네요! 곧바로 refund되었네요! ㅠㅠ

How does the shipping fee process work? I keep reading the reviews on bringko but get confused. I order 40pcs of masks but they shouldn't weight more than 1lb. I'm US based too. Did you get to pick the shipping service? I want to get the cheapest shipping service for the masks since the masks themselves aren't that cheap either.
Bringko does provide an shipping estimate if you request it, but since it is from Korea, I try to always bulk order so shipping costs are more justified. I don’t think they offer usps shipping :(
@@sallybaik how long did the warehouse to shipping fee process take? My items have been in the warehouse for 8 days already. Their response is always the same. Telling me to wait because of many orders but it's in the warehouse since 8 days ago. Orders I made from korea days after my order from Bringko on other websites similar to bringko already shipped my orders and one of them arrived yesterday. Is it this slow? I read reviews daily since 4 days ago saying it only took 2 days in warehouse to process to shipping fee. I'm still waiting for it to tell me how much is shipping. I'm getting impatient because they tell me the same things and no progress.
@@sushiluvrluvzme The past two times I’ve ordered, the warehouse processing was super quick! 1-2 days. I’m currently waiting on some items that were back ordered & just received at their warehouse, but this time is pretty slow :( it’s been a few days & I’m not able to select a shipping method. Hopefully it speeds up 😭 & they process your order in a timely matter too~
@@sallybaik hi. If your shipping option becomes available can you let me know? It's been 15 days that I've been waiting to pay for shipping. I message them a couple of times with the same response from them. I'm wondering if they forgot about my order... they've taken pictures of my items with a barcode on it 15 days ago. It's my first time purchasing and I'm worried.
@@sushiluvrluvzme I got the shipping notification on 11/13th and was able to choose the courier on the 14th. It’s so strange that it’s taking them so long for your order :( sorry you are having to deal with that.
