- 1 1/2 cups basmati rice
1 cup Chopped bell peppers
1/2 of a large onion Chopped
6 cloves Chopped garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
few stalks thyme
1/2 cup grated carrots
Chopped green onions
Chopped parsley
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 1/2 cups chicken / vegetable broth or water

Thank you for this recipe! It was beyond delicious. Despite not having chicken stock & jasmine rice….(I used water + I used regular brown rice)…it still came out BOMB! 😋 my family loved it
heheheeeeeeeeeeeee sometimes people don't tell their true thoughts as feelings would be hurt .but that's what family are for :)
Hi guys so I've been getting alot of questions about what is complete seasoning. Complete seasoning is like all purpose seasoning it can be used in anything, for further understanding you can look it up on Google or Amazon. Also if you can't find it you can leave it out, just season the rice to your own taste and liking. Thank you all so much and good luck with the recipe 😊

I’m always on the hunt to look for new rice recipes for him so he doesn’t have to eat the same foods all the time and this is perfect.
