  • Fried Chicken Breast Cutlets
    2 Chicken Breasts, boneless skinless
    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup Milk
    1/2 cup Flour, all-purpose
    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
    1-2 cups Panko, Bread Crumbs, seasoned
    Oil for frying
    1. Cut chicken breasts in half to make 2 pieces/cutlet
    2. Place between pieces of plastic wrap and pound any thick areas
    3. Mix flour and spices in a shallow dish
    4. Mix eggs & milk place in a shallow dish
    5. Place panko in a separate shallow dish
    6. Dip each cutlet in the flour/spice mixture, then in the egg & milk, and last, coat with the panko.
    7. These can be fried as soon as you make them, or chilled & fried later
    8. Fry in oil and drain on paper towels until browned on both sides.
    9. Enjoy!
