Cauliflower with cheese sauce was one of my favourite things as a kid... Mum made the cheese sauce like yours but then poured it over the cauliflower and sprinkled cheese on top and put in the oven to brown 👌
Hi Kerry just a tip from me use those roasting bags for the oven, chicken (meat ) comes out juicy and oh boy saves your oven from all the cleaning. I got some large turkey sized ones for a large chicken. You probs already know this 😊you put a spoon of flour in that will brown it , but if you like crispy skin just take it out for 5 mins, just to add steam your veg with this option
I've finally started our kitchen renovation, so at the moment I am struggling with food ideas as I have no cooker or hob, I have a hotpot and airfryer set up in my conservatory 🤣😂🤣 ohhh the joys.....will be worth it in the end
