I slightly tweaked your answers to fit my experience. The answer to “Why do you want to work at this company?” question was gold! Especially when I was able to tie in specific news piece into reason 3. I had execs blushing at me for that one! This is great breakdown on how to answers each question. 3 bullet points with specifics where applicable. My approach or framework has literally changed towards answering interview questions.

Hi. I just gave interview today. When asked the question of "Why would you choose our organization for work?" I gave them the answer like your name of organization should look good on my CV, they said that oh you want us to be a stepping stone. They also laughed when I was about to leave the room....I guess I blew off

@@CareerVidz when you answer saying your company would look pretty good in my resume you are saying, I need you to have a better resume so I can jump into another company as soon as I have enough time with you, I’m looking for someone I can trust will be with me long term not someone just looking to put fancy names in her/his resume When you say that your only defect is something good for me I will throw you a lot of work so you either finish it or quit and then I can look for a good performer person, you should never ever give a good thing disguised as a bad thing, with that question I want to confirm if you are a liar, if you trust in you, I want to know how much I can trust you and with your answer you clearly are saying don’t trust me I can continue but I’m not here to save your video, I hope not much people follow this answers because omg 80% were a waste of time in interview moment

That's a good question! I would suggest thinking of a time when you have been presented a challenge - such as completing a new task under a strict deadline - and how you overcame this problem and what positives came from it. For example, if a team member was off sick and you were tasked to do their work also but didn't have all the skills, you could say you got help from others and learnt new skills to complete the task, this then benefitted you as you had a wider understanding of what your colleagues did and also you learnt new skills that could further help the team and the company.
Thank you Richard. I also think that a situation where in one could turn things around like improving the client relationship by resolving escalations thus getting the opportunity to retain the client account.

So I am in the 3rd and final round - 2 interviews - one that already occurred today and another occurring next week. The person I interviewed with was an exec. The exec asked what was your plan in regards to digital transformation over the next 5 years for their company. I told the exec I would first need to gain an understanding of the environment and perform a gap analysis. After performing the gap analysis I would meet with stakeholders to figure out what initiatives they considered a priority for their respective departments. Then I would create a roadmap prioritizing the most urgent initiatives. I feel like I didn’t give the exec the answer they were looking for and was wondering if you or the community had any tips?
Sounds like a good answer. The only thing I can suggest is they may have wanted to hear your ideas. What technology changes do you see impacting their industry etc.?
