Where can someone find out where you can go fishing for lobster to "dive" catch them? I have a teenager that thinks it will be "easy" she is 16 and we live near Kingston and Plymouth Bay. Can she just swim out and catch them by hand if I buy her this permit?

Hi, there, if i go to recreation lobstering with my visit friend from outbound, does he need one separate permit even we just obtain 15 lobster per-day?
