Love the carpet analogy to wrap everything up, so thank you, Aona and Grace! Been working on my finding-reporting skills lately and can't agree more on the importance of shaping the story around the most significant findings.
Hi Aona! is it possible that you make a video about the UX behind a new product? Most of the channels I have checked are more to solve problems on an existing product
I think the relationship you have with the product team may play a part too. Although I'm early in my UXR career, once I go to know and work a lot with the product team, that made me comfortable with sharing my insights with them.
Aona Thanks so much for the super helpful video as usual!! I really wished this video came one day earlier before I submitted my first ever research challenge as a part of a recuirtment process. However, I'm super happy that it seems like I did well according to the tips you mentioned 😘😍
Any books on research methodology will give you a good understanding. Check out the UXR resources section in description box! (Also google search also works
Thanks!
