I've asked this question on several different banger videos. I used to visit tracks loads in the 90's every weekend in fact (mainly to get away from my ex) are any of the following teams still going strong? . Suicide Squad . Surrey Street Squad . Brighton Bears . Team Steam . Kamikaze . The Mr Men . The Blooz Boyz . Team Stinkbridge . The Condoms All these teams were regulars at Swaffham, Mildenhall, Northampton, Kings Lynn etc. They used to put on a great show with some hard hits.
Hi Neil, I believe SSS, Bears, Blooz Boyz, Stinkbridge and the Condoms are still racing here and there maybe not as much as they used to but over the past few years they have definitely still shown their faces.
@@FosterVideos Excellent... thank you for getting back to me. It's good to know that there are still some great teams going. I need to revisit the tracks again. Used to love banger racing etc. Just a shame a fair few are closing or have closed.
Followed an Astra on its trailer along the A14 (109 I think? Irish Banger photos on the boot) Gobsmacked to see it had four tyres on with as much tread as my vehicle and a rack at the front of the trailer with at least 6 tyres which looked very low mileage.
Yeah the drivers definitely go the extra mile for the World Final as it's their biggest meeting of the year, most drivers would have been spending £1000+ on their cars

These meetings usually attract drivers from England, Ireland, Scotland and the Netherlands.
