Thanks for sharing these. Another one with my father Patrick Campbell in it. Most of these I have not seen. Thanks for keeping his memory alive
Red was one of the most courteous and understanding comedians of all times
These are great ive never seen these - more colour episodes please
The crossing guard skit was my favorite. God bless you Red. You are dearly missed. 🤗
I knew I didn’t dream up those moon men at the start of Red’s show!
It might have been the fact that Apollo 13 was to launch within the week upcoming?
I remember this one when I was a little girl and it is so funny!!!
I miss him
I hope the complete series of the Red Skelton show is released on dvd someday
I believe this was the final original episode on CBS.
Seems on mid-to-late 1960s and 1970, the Alan Copeland singers would sing an opening song to introduce the guests.
Any more please
Good Episode!
That pop the crossing guard sketch seemed very long
So (given the Mah-Na, Mah-Na music at the starting sketch) there was more to the comparisons between Benny Hill and Red Skelton than what was already mentioned (given he used that number in a medley in many a silent sketch).
It's funny - that final (1969-70) CBS season was still 60 minutes, yet it was now "The Red Skelton *Show*." As it had been known before the expansion to an hour.
Can you please bring some more please in color
Herb Alpert
Burl Ives
John Wayne please
"And may God Bless"
It’s Joker
This was a very difficult episode for Red….CBS had already cancelled his series the month before but he was contractually obligated to finish the season…watch closely…you can see his heart is not into it…ironically, his program finished a very strong 7th in the ‘69-‘70 Nielsen ratings…smh
Red had so much expression of life. I always enjoyed each show. What a great entertainment.
