Man you're so honest, if any company has some flaws that they're aware of they probably will be afraid to send ya any equipment to review. Big Vern keepin it real though !
I work for y'all Joe! I try not to even do a review for things that aren't worthy of a purchase because I don't want to waste my time editing it or your time watching a review of something you shouldn't buy. In this case it took a bit for me to see the severity of the flaw. Thanks for your support man!
Everything you said in the video. So does it mean the fitness realty 810x can’t do it as well. Thank you for the video and your time
I'm actually saying that the Fitness Reality can do something this rack can't which is support accessories designed for uprights with 1 inch holes.
@@drew8082 Man Drew I really want to get my hands on a set of Jammer Arms to review but I haven't done that yet so I can't really give you any solid advice on that yet unfortunately. I'm hoping to one day but I've still got some growing to do man.
@@UsawaFitness appreciate your time. I always love your videos and thank you for the help.
Yeah there's a big difference, one of the benefits of going with standard hole sizing is it opens itself up to many other attachments
Right! I snoozed when I bought that cage. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal because I wasn't looking at the bigger picture but I definitely regret making that mistake.
Have you done a video on the best brand of resistance bands to use ? If so, can you post the link please. I may have overlooked that particular video, when I was searching thru all of your other videos. If not, what brand of resistance bands do you recommend ?
Yep! I have done one. Thank you for supporting my channel by viewing my content and wanting to find answers here. I can't tell you how much it means to a smaller channel like mine. Here you go... ua-cam.com/video/msHY0O_OVZE/v-deo.html
I think it depends with standard hole size. Some are 1" and some are 5/8". My Titan is 5/8" and compatible with some Rep, Rogue and Fringe parts. I hate proprietary sizes. Hulkfit does that too.
Man it's frustrating. The standard is 1" I don't know why companies do this.
@@UsawaFitness Looks like both are. 5/8" is more associated with the Westside Barbell style spacing.
Great rant. I bought this cage about a month ago and l love it. Yes, I get what you are saying and I thought about that. I was going to buy the fitness reality put it was not in stick at Amazon or at wall mart. I bought this cage on sale plus my job gave me a $100 rebate on fitness equipment so I feel I came up on this. 💪🏼🙏🏼
Oh please don't get me wrong. It's actually built way better then the Fitness Reality cage. I have both! Those holes are just a bummer when it comes to accessories outside of Sunny Health and Fitness. You did come up! ☺️
Besides the holes is this a good starter rack?
@@cruzinthruspace It's an incredible rack. Yes it absolutely is a great rack.
I still have the Fitness Reality Power Rack Cage and probably won't get another/different Rack unless I get it for free. I have my Rack set-up nicely and it does everything I need it to do.
Note: every Rack out there with 1" holes is actually 15/16", but they just say 1" because it should be "known" that it's Not an exact 1"
That's still a great rack. I still have mine and I'll always love it. Congrats on dialing your set-up in perfectly for yourv workouts!
The other downside with Sunny is that even if they DO make an accessory you want, you're at the mercy of their inventory. If it's out of stock, you can't just shrug it off and buy a different brand.
Which is a shame because that is one really well built cage! Honestly I really like the one I'm getting rid of but there are things that's I'd like to add to mine and I can't. 🤦🏾
Man I hope sunny health and fitness sends u sum awesome cool toys to review! 🆒💪😎
Who knows. I'll be reviewing some really good stuff over the next few weeks either way!
Ooooo…. Great evaluation!! Hope the company doesn’t show up with a truck and want it back though…..!
That would be nice considering I paid for it. I'll take a refund for sure!
I would have thought the issues would have been that it does not have a lap hold down bar.
That's actually an issue with most home racks like this. Fitness Reality did a good job of adding a leg hold down open though.
@@UsawaFitness You actually mean that I did a good job. I designed it. Too bad the company died thought.
@@Gymgineer Wow you did? That was brilliant! I loved how innovative that was. Like I said you rarely see that. Nice work man.
@@UsawaFitness Thanks. NOW SAY SORRY FOR MAKING THAT VIDEO THAT SAID I RIPPED OFF THE DOUBLE CHAIN LAT PULL DOWN IDEA FROM YOU!!! lol. I tried to explain the development of that product to you on reddit, but never heard back from you.
@@Gymgineer Man that was you! 🤣🤣🤣 Man it felt suspect. You're dope with it though and I appreciate you. I was in Cali a few days ago and I looked em up but it said temporarily closed. I still love that cage.
Funny all they have to do is make 1” holes. I guess they thought keeping it proprietary would make them more money but didn’t realize the accessory market would blow up like it did
They should know a good channel like your . 🦾🦾🦾
I'm trying my best. Hopefully more and more people will find me. Thank you for supporting my channel.
Never would've thought about the 0.9 vs 1" difference -- thanks for calling it out!
Yep it's definitely something to know .
