Hi, I have little pea sized masses in my neck. My sister says they are swollen lymph nodes. My right side lymphatic system is totally blocked. What can I do at home myself to relieve that?

How long after facelift and neck lift should we do this?
This can be started as early as 3 days out from surgery. I usually recommend it to my patients about 1 week out after the sutures have been removed and after I have checked that everything is healing well. The massage can be done several times a day for up to 4-6 months after surgery.
Can I do this after buccal fat removal? I got BFR a year and a half ago. Will this help keep the face lifted? I feel like my face is now sagging
Sometimes I see you say sweep up but then you say all the way down. Where should we end the massage? Behind the ear or at the clavicle.
At the clavicle. Sweep up at the end of the circular motion and then down to each terminus. This is what we call a J motion.

I had a face lift and fat grafting three weeks ago and my doctor didn't tell me any of this! I called because my face had lumps and bumps from the fat grafting. They gave me nonspecific directions on how to do this and now my face is bruised! What can I do?
