I hate chicken legs (I'm a breast man) but I tried out this recipe and it's delicious. Substituted regular coke with caffeine-free coke zero and added onion power with rosemary. Fantastic! The only thing wrong is that the video itself is too long and should be divided into two parts- one for the legs and the other for the potatoes. And even then, it needs to be shortened. But it's a killer recipe. Thank you!

PREHEAT BUTTERBALL DEEP FRYER 325’….. leave basket submerged in the oil while preheating 1) use defrosted chicken (wings for me) 2) rinse and paper towel dry 3) 2quart ziplock bag add flour black pepper and what ever else you like 4) add some chicken (wings) to ziplock bag mix shake your ass well remove chicken to pan add more chicken if needed 🍗NOTE: still leave basket submerged in oil add 🍗 directly in oil…. keeps the 🍗 from sticking together per-say 5) deep fry @325’ for 16-18min repeat the process depending on how many wings you eat I usually eat 40 pieces total so I cook 20@time DAMN GOOD

FYI the "Leg" or the drumsticks of the chicken ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST PART! Unless of course you are 5 years old! The "Premium" parts of a chicken are the breast, thighs and wings! The legs do all the work, are nasty dark muscle, tendons!
Normally for chicken it's better to marinate it overnight and use zabiha halal or kosher chicken it's better health wise and Normally taste better specially when the chicken is all natural or organic

Just take a pkg of frozen Halal drums out the freezer, run water over each piece and place dripping into tupper type dollar store container, side by side 4 on bottom 4 on top. Sprinkle poultry seasoning, dollar store teriyaki , soy , and worcestershire, and dollar store garlic. Theres more than enough salt in those sauces...a few more tblspns of water to cover bottom of bowl, then microwave for 30 minutes at 7 on 1-10 level...top covered but vented for steam escape. Just like grannys possum stew, these are better the day after from the fridge

Don't put oil in your marinade, you defeating the purpose of your marinade, needs to soak in the chicken, adding oil will create a barrier.
