I'd think so. Harden is still respected by many NBA players. I think he's either staying in LA or getting S+Ted to the Knicks or Warriors. I think Philly, this offseason, is gonna end up with nothing, maybe at best a very big overpayment to Demar DeRozan or Klay Thompson.

Paul George would be in a wheelchair by the all star break playing under Thibs. They would be much better served by paying OG. Although he will be hurt all the time also, at least the fit is proven.
@@mosin9349 Not with the amount of excellent reliable depth the Knicks have. DiVincenzo and Hart are both elite bench talents that can easily eat 20-25 mpg if needed. Heck, even McBride could too. They also can still make a PG13 trade happen while re-signing OG and Hartenstein and not trading any of their core starters. It's the beauty of Brunson and Randle being on extremely team friendly deals at the moment.
@@MrRapmaster19 You do realize that PG wasn’t happy with the Clippers offer because it wasn’t similar to Kawhi’s? Kawhi got north of 50 mil a year, and OG is going to want a minimum of 40 mil a year (Siakam got like 47 mil) a year. Hartenstein played himself off of the team in my opinion, as he should be expecting a significant pay raise. I don’t think being able to sign all 3 is remotely possible, even with the team friendly deals you mentioned. Now if all 3 are willing to settle for significantly less money, maybe, I seriously doubt it. They also have to prepare to get Brunson a new deal within the next few years. As for the depth, yeah I agree adding George and keeping OG and Hartenstein would create a ton of depth, does that mean Thibs is all the sudden going to utilize it? That would be a departure from his usual style of running playoff rotations throughout the regular season. At the very least Randle has to be shipped out to create some breathing room cap wise, not to mention he’s not a great fit with how often he needs the ball.

Paul George is a good piece for a team like Golden St. George peaked in Indy as far as his ceiling. That was his time. Guys in their mid to late 30s shouldn't be the focal point of a team but a fitting piece to a squad thats already established.
False, he peaked in OKC where he was a mvp and dpoy finalist. That was by far his best season ever. With that being said, him being a 1-2 option will get you the same place every year, home. One of the worst playoff performers of all time

I love PG as person & a huge fan of his podcast. As a player no, never have liked him. He’s very overrated.
Even today, it’s a lot like Klay (Who also was on PG’s podcast). Klay had 0 pts and went 0-10 in the play-in game vs Sacramento, yet is sought after as a free agent.
PG wasn’t that dreadful, but he wasn’t who he should have been either vs Dallas (19.5 ppg, 41% FG 36.7% from 3PT).
