@@stanliu6885 i dont think so. with every character being balanced it just means an a6 standard beats out new characters which shouldnt be the case. that means you need to spend more money on a new character to get a higher power level than free ones. only reason saki is played is cuz of reset. tian is the only character that is really powerful at a0.
@@sweetbabyrayso5262 A0 Anna is strong right now. A0 Ruby is reliable, definitely stronger than King A6 or Huma A6. I prefer my A0 Anna over my A0 Ruby but both are still strong at low investment. A1 Frigg is still good when A5 Meryl has no more stamina for spin. Claudia and Nemesis are more of support with decent DMG but they both work at A1. Lyra is more support in global at A0 which makes sense coz she is benediction and becomes viable as DPS at A6.
Tian is a special case, the only reason he is strong even at A0 is because he trades his survivability for DMG.
@@stanliu6885 yes anna is strong but it seems like they are trying to create powercreep now. ruby was heavily nerfed from cn and is still the best for flame team. you should use anna and ruby together for ignite but new fire characters besides cobalt are only better than the standard one because they didnt make the fire characters special. king sucks and so does huma so the bar to beat them was so low. ice team is also in a weird spot with not having a new dps since frigg and her dmg got nerfed too much.
saki was the dps in cn but now she is only a heal and reset bot plus charging. as for lyra her dps being nerfed is trash since we still dont have a new physical dps since we didnt get marc.
tian is the only special case since hes the only one that didnt get multiplier changes from cn to global which is a prime example for there being no reason to gimp us by nerfing these characters more than they have to.
these new units with the trash balancing is deliberate to get whales on the hook to make them better than standard characters
A0 icarus is all you need. He is just there to rotate skills for saki reset so you can just keep spamming skills over and over
The kit of Icarus is all about Yoyo.. looks good for f2p with A0
would icarus A3 be better to get than Alyss A3?
How was Frigg even useless in CN. The field buff is and CC immunity are crazy even at C0. She is such a strong buffer in Global for frost that it made frost OP for months. I guess CN maybe had Marc or what?
it's just like Umi release, she's good for physical but Alyss is just overpower so Umi can not powercreep her.
does that mean icarus can't replace lin in saki, alyss, lin comp?
so if icarus "doesnt change the meta", is saki/alyss/lin equal in dmg to saki/alyss/icarus? im not so much of a fan of icarus tbh. Zakie - Senpai said the latter comp is already better then the former with lin :/ and i have a6 lin + matrices ;_;
Icarus is still a huge boost to frost here don't get me wrong, just that meta wise, flame is still on top, by a significant margin

for people that doesnt know, when frigg came out, the meta did not change, it was still baiyuekui mark nemesis, then saki came out, saki did not beat flame comp when she first came out, she felt weak but once people learn how the rotation works, she was on part with flame comp, then when lin (aberration) came out, frost became meta and did much more dmg than flame, then alyss came out, nothing much, she became meta. then icarus came out, frost is weaker than flame once again (same as 2.0) and guess what, fiona coming out very soon and probably as a aberration too, just like 2.0, aberration will make frost meta again, (we dont know anything about fiona yet, its just a guess), so people are saying this is 2.0 all over again
what exactly does Fiona do in a Frost team? i run Alyss, Saki and Lin atm
@@HanniPham_NewJeans icarus and Fiona will be very required for frost, fiona increase you skill and discharge dmg by 45% each, same skill also gives icarus his yoyo skill, fiona + icarus works very well together

Nahhhh, frigg is not cracked at all,the fimbulwinter need too much time to trigger, I am playing frost comp and I could tell saki is way better

@@mohdnazmi8378 if u have saki and alyss, it doesnt need that much time since u spam skills. if u use friggs 1 on top of her field the field does damage and re applies itself at full stacks, meaning u can use her 1 again and do the a1/3 damage again. its broken imo.
I plan to pull for Alyss and Lan, skipping Icarus because of waifu over everything 😌

Honestly though I also absolutely love Lan's design and outfits. They're very clean and have a good color scheme, so much so that I decided to make fanart of her
icarus is great for f2p rainbow comp or support comp for deleted 8% hp, but not so great in meta wise since flame still top frost. just get A0 Icarus and you will be fine spamming skills non stop.

Lan let's Annabella shoot 4 shots instead of one. So instead of Annabella needing to do 8 dodge attacks to dump her ammo it's only 2 for the same damage.
With the introduction of Lan, she (Lan) unlock Annabella full potential, she deny Flame comp slow pace nature, and make it so Annabella could constantly do maximum damage output in short period of time.
What Flame comp need is someone to replace Ruby in the future.
