Im no dermatologist but i am a lover of skin care, i think the heater could be drying for the skin possibly messing up with the skin barrier, i have dry skin so i try to lean towards moisturizers that really support the skin barrier like, my skin gets so so dry in the winter so my favorite combo latery has been niacinamide and soon jung moisturizer. Also less sugar, i notice anytime i had too much sugar in my diet i tend to break out more, i mean sugars not good in general anyways or for the brain but thats what ive been working on as of late :)

This is how beauty market is making tons of money by people's insecurity. She has a lot of followers and it's like boosting the insecurities in the people to not accept the natural beauty and promoting that beauty can only be attained by those expensive treatments, products and dresses.
