This stuff is great! I work in a warehouse all day, This is no joke. Puts icy hot to shame.
Try Cvs pharmacy brand cold and hot spray, puts this to shame..I used to use biofreeze and it was ok.. before that I used icy hot and changed to biofreeze because it helped me more.. but I tried cvs pharmacy brand hot and cold spray and it had been the best product for my arthritis
Yeah, I never knew about this until I injured myself. The Amazon clinic applied this, and I was able to get through the rest of my shift.
As a former factory worker of years , I can say really the only thing that has been helping my back is biofreeze ! My dad introduced it to me even when I was a kid as they would hand them out at his manufacturing job . Hot N Ice is way to hot and uncomfortable for my joints . Def recommend biofreeze
Amazing product, I've volunteered at a private physical therapy clinic and this is the product we used on all of our patients, we always ask the patient weather or not to apply the gel due to some being uncomfortable with how "cold" it make you feel. I've used, and patients have reported their pain to be much better then previous due to this product.
I have arthritis in my knees and hips, I'm on my feet all day weather going to school or working 10+ hours on the weekend. This helps SO MUCH.

I work at a factory standing on my feet on solid concrete for up 12 hours on somedays. I have got to say biofreeze gets an A+ for my sore feet and legs when I have days I just just want to lay in bed.

I use this roll on wonder to my lower back arthritic pain and twisted back muscle and have great release. This is the best. My husband uses it on his arthritic knee with relief too. I find we do not have to use pain pills as much.😊
The active incredient is menthol . Same incredient used in other balms for decades. So , is there a different kind of menthol that's different than 3$ Walmart brand ?

Yes.... Thats why I'm working on a similar products as biofreeze that uses a proprietary blend of essential oils and MSM which WILL reduce inflammation and help with recovery.

BioMarketing BS. It is very weak: 4% menthol. Use Icy Hot instead which is 16% menthol.
