That young lady who plays the clarinet in E flat "Eskra" is wonderful. In addition to being pretty and nice, she has a special grace that projects her as a great artist. I would like to know what has become of her, how she has followed her artistic path after KTB.

I keep finding on occasion performances I haven't seen before and as always get this great feeling watching them. Thank you as for the past four years since Pasadena I've looked out for your videos' in whatever respect. You always give a top performance and your smiles say it all.

Wol Bos, tears are good.... and an Encore?? that's even better, in fact in the 10 years I've been following the wind club, its hardly ever happened. It has I'm sure, I just don't remember it. Way Cool....!!!!!! **Then again, there were two performances this day.....the second show didn't come with an 'encore'.

Thank you for the upload!!! There are so many good changes by the new director!! Eb Clarinet and bass clarinet are added. New arrangement of the songs (happened in the performance of 2020). And also the encore??.. Also, this is my first time to see the "traffic jams". Is it because the space is so limited?.
They might be a high school team but i think they are as good or better than any college team.they play march and dance in perfect sync.Show me another group that can do that. You cant because no other exist.
Penguin is also seen playing the Kettle drums, and her beloved gong at the end. Also, DM Palimpu is seen (but only at the end) high fiveing the audience.
Been smitten with this band for a while. They are better than the traditional black bands who are know to get their groove on..........that's my opinion.

WAIT??? The pretty, tallish girl playing the BIG sax---I've seen her for some time in the videos going back? I believe she was the one who fell and skinned up her knee a while back! Good to see the lil ones able to mostly stand still and play v:W:v
You are correct James, she did trip when she stepped into that pothole. A great Bari sax player. Not sure if every one caught it, but this was shot last year, that why all the familiar faces, and no one in the audience is wearing a face covering.

Now what I really enjoyed about this video, apart from the usual stellar performance 👏. Was the crowd reaction of clapping and shouting for an encore and the band did it and finished again to another standing ovation and the DM walking along high fiving the crowds 👍 I am sure they really appreciated that kind of response and you could see it in their beaming 😁 The future is bright the future is Orange 🍊
@@oasis71 I did not say "can't" -- I said "doubtful." The reason is that the girls generally wear their orange skirts when they can, i.e., when everyone has one and weather permitting. Every April Blumen Hugel parade I have seen, the incoming first years are not performing but walking behind dressed in their school uniform. In 2018, the morning show was rained out, and they were bundled up for the in-place marching show under a shelter but switched to the T-shirts and skirts for the afternoon show. The May Brass Expo parades are done in their school track suit type long pants. I think this is because the first year students do take part and probably do not have their orange uniforms yet. There is a video clip of the 2012 Brass Expo where the skirt uniform is used, but I suspect the first year students did not participate that year, or they were able to order their orange uniforms before the school term started for them. The June "3000 Brass Bands" events again employ the skirts -- even the December ones. since these are held out of the weather inside the Kyocera Dome. The summer parades and half time shows at soccer stadiums -- yep, you got it, skirts. Even the two November, 2019 outdoor shows (3rd and 13th I think) at Fushimi Castle and Osaka Castle employed the summer uniform. I could cite more examples, but these should be enough to make you suspicious. Why do you think Aug 25 is accurate?

京都橘吹奏楽部に魅入られて2年。同じ動画を何度でも観てしまう。現役部員よりもローズに行った114～116期がお気に入りです。
全国に行けなかった世代ですが、この116期が一番笑顔が多いですね。あのいつも笑っているクラリネットの子。1年生の時から笑顔でしたね。オービルズに入った子はニックネームは分かるのですが、あの子は何と呼ばれていたのだろう？

There was an encore at the end of the Benefit Concert after the Rose Parade 2018.

都度の会場に合わせて部員さんの編成やパフォーマンスの構成、フォーメーションを巧みに変えてのパフォーマンスですね😍
橘は年間を通じて一回たりとも同じパフォーマンスがないのに全ての本番のシンクロ率が120%がまた凄いですね😍

拝聴し、新たな楽曲や、新鮮にアレンジされたシング３など、盛り沢山な演奏会に大満足でした。
後半は３年生達の涙を堪えての最後の演奏に、私もすっかりもらい泣きしてしまいました😭😭
高校生の演奏会とは思えない、2時間半のライブに感動し過ぎてなかなか寝付けず
『感動をありがとう』とはこの事ですね。

何年か前に、バンコクでレストランの生バンドやってるタイ人の友人達と飲んだ時、ローズパレード含む橘の映像をいくつか視せたら、
「不可能だ！」「これはフィクションだろ？」「本物そっくりの軽い楽器に高性能の機械とスピーカーが入ってるんだろ？」など信じて
もらえませんでした。
海外の音楽関係で橘を知らない人達は、ほぼほぼ、こんな感じだと思います。
橘知らない人からみたら激しいダンスしながら演奏するというのは信じられないでしょね。

おもにギターボーカルとベースの人が否定していましたが、ギター弾きながらでもアクションは大変なのに金管、木管でステップは不可能だって盛り上がりました（笑）
