What a riot! 😂 My customers have these umbrellas. Inevitably one or two seasons later it's a crumbled garbage mess. Especially when you forget to close it and the wind gets it!

Does the umbrella suppose to move around? Is there anything to stabilize it in the spot you initially put it in? Under the umbrella, are we to push that up or it self adjust with the string in the middle?
Hello yes the umbrella base is on wheels so it can be moved around and they lock into place. The umbrella opens by using the handle at the back, there isn't a string in the middle. Hope that helps
