The Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE) is held yearly at the end of May. This international festival features chefs from Anguilla and around the world, showcasing Anguilla's status as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean and raising funds for culinary education on the island.
Four days of foodie heaven, ACE features a variety of tasty events including chef collaborations, tastings, dinners, demos and cooking competitions at Anguilla’s top resorts and restaurants.
