When you upload photos from iCloud do the photos register the date as the day you added them or the day you actually took the photos? My concern is if I add all my old photos and they will appear in the photos at as if I took them today and not the date I actually took them. In a nutshell I just want the photos to be organized.

I REALLY REALLY NEED HELP! I just switched from android to iPhone and I have too many pics to fit on my iPhone. All of my pics are saved on my SD card, how do I move those from there to Google photos? Please help. I NEED all of these
Quinita McCullars you could remove your sd card from your phone into a card that fits on your computer and upload the entire sd card tht way (plug ir into the comp and select it in google photos id would appear as a removable drive) you can also download google photos on your phone and select backup device and it will backup all the stuff automatically , you can then remove them from the google photos app
Newyorkez it automatically detects different people , places and dates, id like the feature to upload the albums that i have on my phone ,pc etc too, but that for now is missing :(

Nicholas Pinn Unfortunately, I don't thing uploading the image also keeps their geotags. That would be great for organization though.

Facebook's Download Data feature only downloads low resolution. Any way to download the original resolution files?

Everybody can figure out how can upload the photos, But how do yo get them organized out there? Google photos is a pain...
