in the minute 5.53 (aprox), you sent the file P02.01 from WIP Approved to WIP (With name P03.01), but in Shared area had "P02" and it was sent to Published Area......
wrong file sent from Shared to Published area ¿?

The system for file naming is not specified in the ISO standard, that's left to individual National Annexes. The committee who wrote it couldn't agree on everything, so in essence the standard is not standard here. :) So for the UK, for instance, the naming convention is in the UK National Annex.
