They are of a very unique pattern that I quite like. I'm planning on making a set of dividers soon. Any way I could persuade some photos of those from you?
Would of liked to see the first one and the other tong put together and working. Sort of jumped from one to another and not finished. Could you do that one time please?

The second video, where I make a pair of flat bit tongs, describes the process of forging and assembling the two halves. These videos are simply to explain how to go about forging different types of tong blanks. The assembly is same regardless of the type of tong you are making.

What size stock were these to fit and what large size would you say is for the welded bit?
Does the top jaw relate to the width of the bottom or not?
The top jaw is usually a simple flat bit design. It jus applies pressure to keep the stock locked into the lower jaw.
What size round are you using please?
