I'm not sure if you already know, but in the solo remix version theres an image with a girl with traits of the main characters and the 104 building in the background with the words "New 7 Days" which could hint at a sequel which would probably start being developed after KH3

It's the end of the Dark Seeker (Xehanort) Saga, so there is no chance we'll see him again, although Xehanort is 1 of my favorite villains of all time, right up there with Father from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

I'm really loving the HD look of DDD. It looked great on the 3DS, but this is a whole other level! Haven't heard much about Unchained X, but it looks really interesting... And 0.2/BBS Vol. 2 is HYPE!
Now I'm just waiting for 1.5 and 2.5 to be playable on the PS4, and I think I just might get the console to only play KH!

I see some people didn't understand the message of the video or they understood it and choose not to accept it, so I'll lay it out for you after Square has so many times:
If you want to fully experience the KH series, buy Playstation consoles(and Nintendo handhelds). All the collections are on Playstation. The collections are Playstation exclusives("Only on Playstation" label). Square allowed that to happen. 2.8 is exclusive on one next gen console(PS4). The Xbox One, which is the other next gen console, has KH3. This is all after the KH3 Xbox announcement(except 1.5 since it released before that on PS3). Square has always favored PS. KH has always been an PS favored series. Do you understand now or are you choosing to ignore this?
Disclaimer: I am no fanboy, but I do dislike when people choose to ignore the answers that have been in their face the whole time. Hope this helped you out when making future decisions so you wont have to get on your knees and beg.

+Francois Mentor 2.8 has DDD, and the ps4 controller has a touch pad to compensate for the lack of a touch screen (which wouldn't be possible with a ps3 controller.) Also, 0.2 BBS looks to be on the new engine that KH3 is on, and I doubt the ps3 would be able to handle the engine.

See it this: they've kept a promise to release a Kingdom Hearts game every year (HD collections count). So Unchained X will be released this year, 2.8 Prologue in 2016, and finally KH3 in 2017

Looking back now, that tease of Aqua and 0.2 is so simple. She's probably standing in front of a 2D image, given the static camera. Plus, that exact background is not in the game.
Still says only PS4 which is kinda lame. With KH 3 coming to Xbox One it just doesn't make sense to keep the other games off the system.

+raiderz0mbie Ehh, I never played DDD so I wouldn't have known it was such a key feature. Also there are games that get ported over to console that once needed a touch pad of some kind, ZombiU comes to mind. Whatever the reason it still sucks because that's not a reason for 1.5 and 2.5 to not be on Xbox. Despite owning them on PS3 already I'd gladly buy them again to support it on Xbox too.

If it's a resource and time problem than Square could have left Xbox out of it altogether and just focus on a single platform.

If this and the other HD remixes don't come to Xbox One as well, I'm gonna be pissed. Those players need that story for KH3 cause a KH game has never been released on their and you NEED to know the story for that game. I know you will probably just say "Oh, Xbox sucks so they shouldn't get" and I agree that putting KH3 on there was not the best decision on a story level, but you can't change the fact it's still on there and you have to realize that they absolutely need those games on there. So, I hope they do something, I hope there is still time left to do it. If they don't, then maybe out-source it to another dev to port it.

Square Enix is a Japan studio. Their priority is Japan.
Let me tell you how Xbox is doing in that region: *shit*.
Let me tell you how Playstation is doing in that region: *phenomenal*.
The KH3 Xbox port is an after thought. Square Enix has always done Nintendo and Sony because they're Japan-based consoles. They've barely touched Microsoft because it's a western console. Yes I get that Xbox is widely popular in the U.S. just as much as Playstation, but that's the U.S. Their main priority is Japan because that's where they handle everything in.
MNIMnoob The PlayStation is doing well below phenomenal in Japan, actually, and there's a lot of Japanese gamers that are very underwhelmed by it. This is why they are *still* making PS3 ports for games coming out in *2016*. Look anywhere, the PS4 is doing bad there. Just better than Xbox, which isn't saying much.
Also, Storm 4 and Xenoverse were ported for Western fans to the Xbox. Absolutely no reason why Square can't do the same, it's a region free console so even Japanese players that want to play it on there can. They just need an American account on XBL, which I've seen a lot of Xbox Japanese players do anyway.
***** you do realize that Bandai Namco has TWO publishing studios right? One for Japan and one for the U.S. So there's a big difference when you're trying to compare a company who has a publishing studio *IN* the states and one who doesn't. One who has more information about the states than who who doesn't. Making one more focused on their own region than the former.

So what if he loses the ability to wield the Keyblade because Ventus leaves his body
Like what if the only reason Sora's heart was "strong" is because Ventus's strong willful heart
Nah Sora should still be able to weild a keyblade without Ventus. When Sora became a heartless in kh1, ven's heart went to Roxas (which is why they are alike and why roxas looks like ven) so during the last part of KH1 and during the events of Chain of memories, Sora didnt have Ven inside him yet still was able to use the Kingdom Key.

I love how we're getting excited about bringing content that should have been on a console... to an actual console. PSP and Gameboy aren't consoles. It really alienated a large portion of gamers and fans of JRPG titles. The only new thing here is the 0.2 chapter. And yet I bet we'll have to pay full $69.99 for the whole package here.

This Kh BBS 0.2 will be like the prologue of KH2 where we play with Roxas until the Sora awaken, but this will be focus in Aqua in the Dark Realm. I hope after of this comes KH3 and not more remakes in HD....

To know Riku's side of the story & to see what he'd experienced on his own while Sora was with Donald & Goofy regardless if Riku was with them off & on is actually great! It'll be very interesting to see what Riku knows about the darkness, heartless & what King Mickey has told him as well. Don't forget that Riku also had or has a Keyblade too! I'll like know more about Kairi's experience as well because she also has a Keyblade!

I've already knew the story, i'm just telling people that don't know & I only played Dream Drop Distance once my friend. I don't own a Nintendo 3ds.
I really hope this comes to Wii U, considering the fact that the main part of this collection is Dream Drop Distance. All of the touchscreen features could be maintained!

The PS4 has a touchpad on its controller. They can easily work around and impliment the touchscreen options on PS4.

Stop complaining about 2.8 not being on Xbox One; Dream Drop Distance was a 3DS game and the PS4's Dualshock4 touchpad will be used to replicate the functionality instead of re-developing the game all over again without the touch controls

2.8 will have an HD remaster of the 3DS game, but it will also have two new titles to it. A small game that takes place right after Birth by Sleep, and a new HD Cinematic based on Kingdom Hearts X. So yes, there is new content in this release.
