Thanks for watching! A couple of things:
We're very proud of our performance and the opinions of certain individuals down below will not change that. It's not "salty" to highlight the fact that SE Dons, whether they boast semi pro's or not are far superior to us, we know that. The reason we highlight it is because we want to tell a story to help current/new viewers to the channel understand the lead up to this game. It wasn't to justify the final score because we were buzzing with what we did in that 90mins
Secondly, there was an incident in which one of our opponents was hit in the face with the ball. This particular player I'm told is blind in one eye which is news to us but a lot of stick has been thrown at our player for saying something personal about it at the time. This is NOT the case whether you wish to believe it or not. Whatever was said came from the sidelines and NOT our player in question. This was soon explained to the Don's player and hands were shook, end of!
Ultimately we can't control what you say down below but there's a lot of hate and negativity around our opponents and us too. Please understand the world would be very boring if everyone was the same and we all do things differently. We have our style, they have theirs, nobody is right but at the same time nobody is certainly wrong. To those that don't like the way either side carry themselves please do show us how it's done. Until then both sides will continue to represent Sunday League Football as best as possible through our own platforms!

This video just backs up why I love Palmers! I enjoy watching SE Done but it’s so fake, it’s just entertainment, Palmers is real Sunday league football that shows the highs and lows. Keep it up Smiv and the boys, don’t be forced to turn into something that Palmers is not.
No one really expected anything from Palmers, great match, your just a bunch of mates whereas they are stocked with Semi pros, so to say the lads pushed the Dons that far shows how much this teams improved. Some great goals in there as well.
They've got 3/4 ex pro's only 1 of them played today (zak ansah) charlton/plymouth argyle ,why lie to try make it even....
I mean at least Palmers actually played SE Dons unlike some other certain specimens... *cough* Hashtag *cough*

He said semi-pros, not just ex-pros. As far as I know, Palmers only has one semi-pro on the team and that's Lewis.

This was a respectable loss to a better team. Fair play to SE Dons, and hopefully Palmers learn from this. A game like this against a team full of ex semi-pros is certainly a good sign, though.

I watched about 4 videos from SE Dons I just couldn't take it anymore. a bunch of failed semipros with no discipline or class. Love the Palmers channel keep outclassing the opposition.

Two completely different teams with different personality brought together through football and UA-cam, you have to love it! I really like the dons but been viewing palmers since the very start always going to be palmers first! All I can say is what a match, and a credit to both teams for keeping it hard on the pitch but fair afterwards❤️ #COYP

Ive been a Palmers fan since the beginning and was introduced to the Dons last year through the game. Now I’m a fan of both but always a Palmers fan first. COME ON YOU PALMERS!!
Watched this again, I don't think I have ever seen an owner/manager of a team run into the opposition dugout with their current trophy or in this case belt, and dance around like a loon 'cos they've scored. Shows a staggering level of bad sportsmanship and let's face it....pig ignorance.

I'm a fan of Dons and Palmers so no biased opinion here. Both teams played very well but at the end of the day, Dons took their chances well and Palmers were unlucky. I don't understand why people moan about the physical side of it. It's Sunday League, being physical is a major part of it. If you don't play physical then you're not gonna have much luck. Overall, great game to watch and 2 great goals by Ryan Palmer and Asa

Good account from Palmers, better effort than the match last year. Dons just have too much quality and speed to them it's hard to counter. That being said I enjoyed Palms free kick, fuck me that was perfect; and Asa's goal was a worldy. Great entertainment all round from both teams. Also enjoyed seeing Mad B get "handbagged" hahah. Love that you're bringing back the jokes and memes in the commentary Smiv, its what made Palmers take off in the first place.
Decent game regardless of pitch. Would have enjoyed a draw from Asa's overhead. Can only watch the Dons with the sound off but did enjoy. Thanks both squads.
