I just built my first pc with this motherboard.. I’m having some issues with the wifi as nothing is showing up besides ethernet connection. I installed the antennas that came with it and haven’t done any driver updates/instillations.. Where can I find the wifi drivers for this board and if there’s anything else that needs to be done pls lmk!

I have an Asus H610m-A. I'm not one to update BIOS unless I actually have a problem and this time I was lucky. Undervolt on my 12600K works flawlessly. Offset use of 0.150mv and Full Load temperatures go from 85º to 64º using a Deepcool AG400... I was wanting to get a B660M from MSI but many reports of problems. Upgrading to a Z690 increases the cost too much and I'm not going to overclock. It seems to me that I am lucky to have my H610m A... I wish I could use a high speed SSD and my other 2 DDR4 modules that are stopped due to lack of available slots on the Motherboard but it is difficult to define which card to go with so many limitations of these new BIOSes.
I don't think we have to go through BIOSes after checking out what ASUS did recently with new Ryzen chips and EXPO memory, but glad you were lucky with the undervolt. Yeah, shame you can't use 4 sticks. Would be nice.
You could, but you would have to use some extra special paint for a bit higher degrees tolerance. Just don't spray paint the bottom part that makes contact with the thermal pads. Also, I don't know if the extra layer will affect the heating performance of the passive heatsinks because adding more layers to it might trap the heat inside of them.

You can go with this one if the other specs aren't high, you are going to use DDR4 and are not going to overclock. If you want something advanced, then go with MAG Z690 Tomahawk (which is DDR5), MPG Z690 EDGE (which is also DDR5) or even MAG Z690 TORPEDO (also DDR5). There aren't many great board for Intel 12th Gen with DDR4.
Did you have to download drivers? or anything. also, did you have to get a wifi card for it or is it built in? and will it work with the intel i3 and amd 6600?
Every newly installed motherboard need fresh driver installation. As for the WiFi, it is already installed on this board, you just have ot download drivers. This motherboard is designed for 12th Generation of Intel Core procesors. You can’t mix Intel motherboard and AMD processors.

So far, even with the boards I used and tested, I literally had to remove the battery only once and that was because I was doing something extreme and had some issues with the RAM clock speeds. Otherwise, there should be a problem. Now what that means in some future, I honestly don't know. I tried Googling it for more information, but the only article I have found is that motherboard that should have a battery, didn't arrive with one so that doesn't give an exact answer to our mistery.

Might consider higher end board for i7 and above, as this board do not allow overclocking. However, Iif you don't overclock this board still good enough for i-7 12700k
Haven't measured unfortunately this time, but haven't had any issues with the board so my best bet is that there isn't much of a problem with the VRM temps.
This is considered budget board, since there is higher priced board right? This, in my country is priced well at the top tier board price (for the past 5 year). I think we just need to accept it though. Good review btw!

The AK 620 fan closest to the ram can be shifted manually upwards since they are held by metal brackets to the heatsinks. So, if your ram needs more room for clearance, it shouldn't be a problem provided your case has the clearance to adjust for the upwards movement of the fan. Also, I have the same board with Ak 620 cooler and Corsair vengeance lpx rams and have no problem whatsoever. If you have a PSU that is not on its last legs and you are not overclocking the ram or have xmp on, you should be good to go. Cheers.
On their official website, they stated that i5-13400f works on this board. But be aware that you might have to do a BIOS update with an older gen CPU if it isn't possible to do that action without one.

@@ahmethakancagl2462 Nope. Just the two CPU tower cooler fans are connected on one splitter. The rest are connected to other PWM headers. And yes, you can control them individually, excpet those that are on the splitter. When you adjust the RPMs for those two, they will spin on the same speed, which is alright.

This board is terrible. I’ve encountered so many bugs with it. It also has a thunderbolt header that doesn’t work and never will. If you call msi they will tell you they don’t make a thunderbolt aic for that proprietary connector and have no plans to. It’s been different than MSIs other boards. Very poor.

Well I checked their spec sheet for MSI PRO B660M-A WIFI DDR4 and it states that it supports Intel Core i5-12400f. ;)

Try installing the latest drivers, that might help.

4-pin PWM splitter to CPU header on the motherboard.
