Raina did get herself killed. Raina just listened to her mother talking about how Ghost should have killed Kanan years ago. Then she had a talk with her mother about watching out for Tariq. I felt like she was trying to post up to protect her brother like her mother told her. But if we wanna go deep Ghost got Raina killed. Every action has a domino effect. Ghost left his wife and children and Raina dying was a part of that domino effect.
