I don’t feel it’s masculine or feminine. It’s just smooth, regal, rich, and amazing. It’s blended so well that it’s difficult to sniff out all the notes. It’s just amazing. It doesn’t project far, but it will definitely cling to your skin all day!

Ur are right on..But 20 years ago or so when TF went solo his perfumes were better and stronger...the formula nowadays are weaker and the dna that made him different are gone...

I was drunk at a video shoot last month and I smelled this absolutely delicious scent in the air! I literally said “someone here smells amazing?!” All the girls near were like “it’s me it’s me” I smelled all their necks it was NONE of them . It was this guy who casually pulled out the bottle from his gym bag and let me smell it! I immediately fell IN LOVE! I ordered a bottle but need to order at least 5 more! I’ve received tons of compliments! I wear bum bum lotion then spray this all over , I smell absolutely delicious almost edible. Buy this, you won’t regret !!

@@VeronicaSays If you use most skin lotions or vaseline/bp jelly etc it makes them last longer, it's something to do with the skin not drying out.

I believe this is a unisex fragrance. I bought it as a blind buy on vacation in Florida. The woman at the perfume stand was raving about it. I told her it smells kind of feminine. It’s not my favorite by any means. But I must say every time I wear it people stopped me and ask me what I’m wearing. It has grown on me. And it is nicely priced. And the ingredients are definitely high end. And it has put together masterfully

I have this one as a guy. It's definitely a beast. I wear 5 sprays and have no shame about it lol. I find it smells like like a bowl of fruit with a ton of musk. It's so much fruit but super thick smelling. I always feel like I can cut the air when I wear it lol. I really like it but find it leans a touch feminine. I have the rouge edition too and feel the same with that one too. I love them both tho. Amazing price for the presentation, smell, and quality.

It's such a delicious fragrance with a solid punch of ozonic ambery woody oudy character in it's dry down. I personally loved and enjoyed this fragrance a lot. A beast fragrance with strong projection and longevity and sillage and.......

I'm from Canada and just bought my first Dubai perfume and wasn't sure what to expect. I bought lataffa ana rough. I was completely shocked at how amazing it was and so cheap. Simulator to cloud but even much nicer. I instantly fell in love. You should give this one a go. I'm positive you won't be disappointed. Everyone who I've had smell it has just loved it

Just get ready - it's really strong.
This is an Erba Pura dupe, and a good one at that... the oud is a little much for me in this sometimes, I have to be in the mood for it... something about the fruity notes and that funky oud together isn't always something I enjoy, but on days when I crave it this really delivers. I have had this last through a shower lol. I personally prefer the Amber Oud Rouge and Tobacco editions, but I am happy to have this in my collection.

@@VeronicaSays The tobacco edition is a dupe for Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. To me it has a spicier opening, but the dry down is very close to the Tom Ford, and it actually performs better. The longevity is eternal and it has nuclear sillage if you overspray lol.

@@VeronicaSays ...and Amber Oud Ruby, is a clone of Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait de Parfum, Amber Oud Rouge of the EdP, love and own all 4 of them (Baccarat is just magical for me:), was never into dupes until I tried the Al Haramain clone of my loved Erba Pura by Xerjoff (Amber Oud Gold;), such close dupes and so great in projection, they doesn't replace them, but I don't think it gets any better for that price point....

Oud can smell like incense and wood mixed together and/or can be a bit fecal in some fragrances. In this one, it's subdued (my opinion). Thanks for the help on the pronunciation of the Ocelot bottle! 🥳🥳🥳

sorry for that wall of text. 9:06 that moment when you are thinking, the scent is gone, there is nothing left to smell anymore, and suddenly someone gives you a compliment, how great you are smelling. I guess, this happens to everyone sooner or later. I think, 1st: getting nose-blind as the wearer of a scent is very much underestimated. 2nd: the wearer is the last person on earth, who can judge the scent he has sprayed on his skin, because of the change of the scent caused by his body and skin chemistry, which the wearer himself is not able to perceive. only the people around can smell it. ironically, this is the most important part of all and where the magic is happening. conclusion: ask others (people you know) what they are smelling.

Yes, this one is a lot to handle! 😁 If you want to try a rose oud and have a tolerance for strong unisex scent, L'Autre Oud from Maison Lancome might be worth sampling.
One of my favorite clones. Definitely gourmand, juicy, pineapple, honeydew melon. Buy it if you don't have it!

Do you know Erba Pura by Xerjoff? It's a clone of Erba Pura and a quite close one, if you love Erba Pura, you will love this one to, maybe even comparable to Kirke by Tiziana Terenzi, but more the same category than a clone, so really, really fruity fragrances and not blind buy safe...

I was hoping to see if there was a batch code, etching or sticker on the bottom of the bottle. That and viewing the ingredients with the "formula code" on the box are the only way we can tell if these bottles are reformulated or will be in the future.

@@VeronicaSays Yes. Some more video watching indicated I have a tester. Al Haramain didn't put batch codes on testers for some unknown reason. The first thing I do in dept. stores is to look for the batch code.. I've checked batch and formula codes for so long that I have most houses deciphered without looking them up. The sales people always get a kick out of it. Most don't realize that everything gets refomulated, especially the old powerhouse classics for men.
Very good point. After learning perfumes have changed in past 20yrs ..I learned the hard way that the bottome of bottles and all thier numbers and dates are important!

Veronica, it sounds awesome! Very hard to find though! How does it compare to L'imperatrice 3 from Dolce & Gabbana? That's my scent of the day! It's got lots of melon and cucumber type notes on my skin. 🍉🍈🥒🥝
Very different! The D&G one is super light and fresh whereas this one has a much deeper presence, woodiness, and longevity.
l' Imperatrice 3 is an aquatic, fruity fragrances that's very airy and inoffensive, this one is like Erba Pura, Kirke etc; a real strong fruit punch with a strong, but insanely beautiful ambergris note, woody, very projecting, you shouldn't wear it in office etc; you would offend people that aren't into fragrances.... But do you tried Issey Miake fragrances? They are in my opinion, the best designer aquatics, or Goldfield & Banks (forgot the name, just have decands, but the blue one;), or something like Beach Walk, Matcha, dew drop from Maison Margiela Replica? This are beautiful, high quality and for this kind of fragrances, good lasting, projecting and a nice sillage......
PS Do you like l' Imperatrice the one without any number?;) I accidentally bought this one instead of l' Imperatrice 3, the shop wouldn't take it back bc of 1 spritz, and if you like and would want that, you can have it for free, just the delivery, tell me if you want it, it needs to get away from me, to disappointing for me with the shop etc....;)

They are both wonderful. Depends on what you like. If you like fruity musk, go for Gold. If you like tobacco, go for the tobacco version.

This would smell enchanting on a Woman and on a Man’s skin the woody, musk, notes are more prominent. I went noseblind about an hour after applying and didn’t notice much projection. Can applying a fragrance too close to the skin hinder projection? Purchased the AOGE “Extreme” edition which has added notes of Cedarwood and Myrrh should be arriving shortly
@@VeronicaSays Purchased Amber Oud Gold Edition (AOGE) and Amber Oud Gold Edition Extreme (AOGEE). Tested AOGE yesterday at a nearby store (associate sprayed two sprays on right wrist) and was very Citrus/Fruity with excellent projection for 2 hrs, even though I went noseblind very quickly. Longevity was 18+ hrs on skin and more Feminine leaning with prominence towards Melon, Pineapple, and White Musk. Wearing AOGEE today, which is Woodsy, Resinous, Green Herbal, with slight nuances of Fruit and Musk. Absolutely more Masculine leaning with less projection than AOGE. Longevity undetermined ATM. Had a woman which compared the differences between AOGE and AOGEE, she said “This one (AOGEE) smells like the one you had on yesterday (AOGE), but less powdery and more Woodsy” When I asked which one smelled more Masculine/Feminine she confirmed that AOGE was more Feminine and AOGEE was more Masculine. She also stated that she liked the smell of AOGE better even though she said it was “very strong”
