Watching the bosses carefully, it's extremely impressive how many attacks they actually have. You might not even recognize how many moves they have to fight you with, but even early game bosses have a variety of moves. like Setzer has 4 different attacks, a backstep, and a counter move.

It is one of the best games in the Kingdom Hearts saga, could you tell me at what points it fails? since the truth is that it is a very complete game of long duration and when you finish the story you have a lot of things to do, I find it very entertaining and with a very well worked fighting system, if already the fighting system of the kh1 was good, this one is even more so, the story seems good to me but you have to play kh1 and the chain of memories to understand it well, the game has a challenging difficulty but not impossible which makes it even more enjoyable, really I don't know in what aspects you say it fails.
The fact that you used Fenrir without the cheese strat against LW and also gave Goofy and Donald their maxed out versions of Save The King and Save The Queen respectively to make it as much Final Fantasy feels as possible is incredible! Truly amazing!

Oh i almost forgot in the 3 version i was in critical mode and in every version except in ps4 i beat him multiple times only cause it was too easy and i want a real challenge, Terra is a good challenge but not a real challenge

Legit i think as a 6 year old i was better at beating twilight thorn.. actually, i beat most of these bosses pretty easy, i only remember having trouble with Demyx, Xaldin, the Monster Ghost thing in Pirates of the Carribean where you have to collect gold, and Xemnas' laser light show where you press triangle a bunch, my little 6 year old mind couldnt process it.

Yea, in the video he's playing on a lower difficulty and still fought all the bosses, it's just you won't get the special cut scene of birth by sleep everyone has already seen before on beginner mode (that or its really hard to get)
