Roti aur parathay ramadan se pehle hi bail bail ker pakay baghair freeze ker lien. Sehri mein nikal ker taway per paka lein. Agar har roti ke beech mein parchment paper ya phir saran wrap (plastic sheet) laga lein tu aapas nein chipkay gi bhi nahi)
