Being an American and having almost no familiarity with metric besides firearms, my first thought was, "there's no way that's a tenth the thickness of a 9mm Luger." haha Your mom's recipe looks great! I'll have to give it a shot, but maybe a slightly smaller batch first. My wife would probably be angry if I left her with THAT many cookies lying around begging to be eaten!
Yes it really is! Kinda boggles the mind but don’t forget it’s an insane amount of cookies also. Once the cookies are baked they aren’t that sweet until u add the frosting ;) give the recipe a try you will see what I’m talking about.
